Big nope

I bought a 2018 suburban 125000 mile vehicle at the end of November 2023 during the red tent event. I traded in my current vehicle which ran. After I brought in my title and lien release, I got a call they needed my lien release card. I told them I brought it with the title. They lost it and said I needed to call the bank and get a new one. Ok. Then in the beginning of January 2024 it died and left my wife stuck in parking lot. The battery had to be replaced $250. End of January breaks start squeaking bring it in all brakes need replaced another $1000 uggg. Tires were also at end of life. ( I knew this when I bought it). Now early February transmission is slipping. That’s the last straw brought it to Rydells and was told $7000 to fix it. I talked to sales and was told they would buy it back for about half of what I bought it for less than 3 months ago. “To help me out” they said. Well I said no, and hung up. Lesson As-is at Rydells means “this vehicle will not last long - good luck” Addition took it to another dealer they were $1000 dollars cheaper to replace the transmission. And found a leak in the transmission cooler and wheel bearings needing replacing.

Rydell Tech Service

They were very helpful and understood my problem and showed me what needed to be fixed on vehicle. I like them videoing as they inspected to show you instead of me just taking word for it because I have had experiences where I have been told problems that weren’t even there.

The Rydell body shop is 2nd to no one!

I recently smacked a deer with my 2018 Silverado. From how I seen them treat loved ones of mine in the past with their vehicles I knew immediately I wanted to have Rydell do the work on my vehicle. They estimated the time it would take to complete the job was 2 weeks and they got it done in 9 days! I was very impressed with the quality of the finished work and the whole process was pain free. Annie Ostlund helped me way more then she probably needed to and it was very much appreciated by keeping me informed on my vehicle, providing me with a loaner vehicle and making sure the whole process was smooth. Rydell needs to pay her with blank paychecks and let her fill it out. She deserves it. I wish I could’ve personally shaked the hands of everyone that worked on my Silverado and helped me out. Thank you so much!

Justin has helped me the last few times that I've been to Rydell. He has gone above and beyond to check in with me each time I've had my vehicle serviced. He is polite, he listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions. I had just about given up on Rydell due to the lack of service received before our visit with Justin. You might want to give him a pat on the back for redeeming Rydell Service Department and keeping a customer!

It is always a pleasure to get my oil changed at Rydell's, everyone is friendly, they are very quick so a person isn't stuck waiting around for a long period of time. Very accommodating and I think everyone that works there that sees you goes out of their way to say Hi and asks how are you doing today.

Rydell experience

I called at 8 a.m. and they had me in at 10:30 a.m.! I couldn't believe it. Then they gave my wife and I a ride to the doctor's office, before we were done with the visit they had already sent me a text message to say the vehicle was done. Five-Star

Our Chevy Colorado was in for routine maintenance (oil change) and aftermarket support (programming our Astro start device). I arrived at Rydell's at 7:55 a.m. The overhead door opened immediately, and I was greeted with smiles. Everyone I met was welcoming. I honestly don't believe I've ever experienced such excellent customer service at any car dealership. I worked mainly with Jason (Service), Rudy (Maintenance Work), and Matt (Aftermarket), but everyone I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. Five Stars are not enough for the care and service I received. Thank you.

Kevin Hanson was awesome from the start! Very outgoing and easy to deal with, made the whole process work seamlessly and was much appreciated. James H over in the detailing shop did a fantastic job on my truck, the showroom shine looked awesome. Very satisfying day at Rydells, this is why I purchased my Truck from this location - its more than just the vehicle, its the service that comes with the purchase.

Rydells a MUST for sales and service!

I went in for a scheduled oil change and in the process they discovered a nail in my tire. Since the service department is separate I thought I would be waiting hours or even a day or two to get it fixed and didn't know what I would do because I live out of town but they got it fixed right away and got me on the road in record time. I moved to Fargo but still return to Rydells for sales and service of my vehicles and this experience is another example of why I keep coming back year after year. Thanks Rydell's!

Great Customer Service-Treats-Free Car Wash! What More Can a Lady Ask For?

The fast friendly service was excellent! Especially the service tech who came and told me my vehicle was done. He took the time to ask how my day was going and we had a nice quick friendly conversation! Wish I remembered his name! He deserves a raise! Also, the free car wash and vacuum bonus was unexpected but greatly appreciated! See you in 3 months or 3,000 miles!

Great Service Center

Had to take our traverse in for tires, Gary Ramberg was our service person and did a outstanding job, while he was checking our car he found that we had a front strut leaking, which effects the handling of the car, also effects the tire wear. he took care of everything and they always take care of our car. Rydell is lucky to have a service manger like Gary Ramberg. Thanks to all the service personal at Rydells.

Overpriced on service/maintenance.

Sales great, but they take advantage in the service dept. I could have saved $500 dollars if I had time to go somewhere else. Will never use the service dept again.
