I am pleased with my experience. The staff was professional and very accommodating. The lounge was clean and comfortable. Troy Smith---- my favorite salesman---- came into the lounge to say 'hello". He always makes us feel like family!

Gun shy about Transit Connect Wagon

Dealership is probably one of the best I have experienced. Not so satisfied with my choice of the Transit Connect Wagon purchased last November. Twice into the shop for warranty work for climate control problems shortly before Memorial Day weekend and today to replace weather stripping on the right rear door. Beginning to wonder if the vehicle will out last the note.
