From start till end, the experience was very flawless. My salesperson, Kenneth L was highly motivated, honest and straight forward. I loved the fact that this dealership is not that pushy and gives a fair room to think and decide. Steve (I think the manager/owner) was also very nice and helpful. My husband pretty much had to drag me to the car dealership after having a horrible experience at another Jeep dealership. Needless to say, the experience we had here at Capital Jeep was not only better, but now will come highly recommended to anyone who wants to be heard, respected and not pressured. My husband had contacted Jeep and explained the previous experience and spoke directly with Daniel. He reassured us that we needed to come out here and give Jeep and them an opportunity to make things right. Upon arrival, it was very busy. (it was Saturday). Daniel was with another customer, but immediately made sure we were taken care of by another salesman, named Sal. Again, the hesitancy was rising. Sal was beyond amazing. He put my mind at ease literally within minutes of taking to him. EXPLAINED the car features, answered and asked questions, and before you know it, I knew this was what I wanted in a car. We had already test drove some other cars/SUV's and didn't want to commit that day since we needed time to think. They were OKAY with that and we told them that we would be in contact soon. They followed up (but not in an annoying way) and my husband talked with Daniel multiple times to see our interests and get the exact car we wanted. After a lot of thought (not really, my heart was set), we decided to go with the Jeep and my exact words were, "we have to buy from them, they (meaning Daniel and Sal) sold it". Well here we are, maybe 4 weeks after we did that test drive and we just signed our paperwork to buy the jeep from Capital. I will recommend this dealership over and over again and without reservation would not hesitate to say I would ask for Daniel or Sal. Wonderful experience!

A couple of months prior to my lease my ending & knowing that I wanted to purchase my next car, I visited the dealership. Harry D was very knowledgeable & confident yet not pushy at all. I felt comfortable buying a car from him and would absolutely recommend him to my family & friends. Capital CJD in Garner isn't the closest to my house or work (I live in Durham), However, my experience here was fantastic and absolutely worth the drive. I was looking for a new truck and instead of buying a Ford as I have for the last 20 years I opted to try something new. I bought a Ram 1500. I had never been to this dealership before and wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised at how nice this dealership was. Stacy was the salesman and he was so easy to deal with. It was cold and wet outside and Stacy never let the smile leave his face as I asked to drive several different trucks. We went inside to talk money and I refused the first offer, when I told him where I needed to be he instantly went to find out if this was a deal they would allow. He came back and shook my hand and said we have a deal. He made sure I understood all the features and that my truck was clean. I thought I would have to wait till the next day to take my new truck home but Stacy and the finance guy stayed late so I could take the truck that night. It's always great to see exceptional customer service.

I have to say, this was the best new car purchase I have ever had. Sal, the salesperson made this so easy. He even took the time to bring the vehicle to my home sense I was not trading in a vehicle and was by myself with my own vehicle. The guys in Finance were great and got me a very competitive rate. My wife and I went to the lot looking for a 2012 Toyota Avalon limited. The online Carfax listed the car as a limited. We test drove the car and of course right in the middle of the drive, it started pouring rain. I turned on the wipers and a blade flew off so I had to slow down and not use the wipers any more. We liked the salesguy so we excused the problem. We ended up buying the car and after driving it home, we found that the brakes were bad and wobbled very badly. We decided we wanted out of the deal, but the sales guy, the floor mgr., and eventually the GM himself only offered to repair the brakes and of course the wipers, but were adamant that they would not let us out of the deal. The GM never called us back, only had the floor sales mgr. call us. We felt that the dealership should have let us out of this deal. All they would say is that in NC, there is no cooling off period and refused to negate the deal. I would never buy a vehicle from them again, especially after the sales guy, who we liked, called and told us that the brakes failed because someone was going fast and jammed the brakes on real hard causing the rotors to warp. He said this happened between Saturday and Monday when we brought the car back, which insinuated I was the one who caused the brake problem. The dealership, in all fairness, did replace the rotors, but would not let us out of a deal that wasn't even 1 business day old. They also didn't give us a very good price on the trade in. Don't do business with them.

Sal R was so pleasant and professional to work with. He took care of everything I asked for and even went out of his way to get me a Mountain Dew while I was waiting! He showed me the exact vehicle I wanted and talked me through the buying process. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle without my husband, who passed away last year. I never felt pressured to buy or like I was being taken advantage of. Sal is an asset to your dealership, and I will send everyone I know looking to buy a car straight to Sal! Additionally, Mr. D in finance was also quite helpful. He made the process quick and easy for me answered all of my questions in terms that I could understand. I appreciated the time he took with me.

My wife and I have had the opportunity to purchase several new vehicals over the years. We both had gotten to the point where we didn't want to deal with pushy sales people at dealerships any more. When I was ready to burry my current every day ride I thought I would try the internet. I knew kind of what I was looking for and did my research. I requested some pricing from Capital CJD on a Dodge Dart I saw on their web site, I also requested no phone calls. A short time later an email appeared with the information I requested and a nice note to go with it. I decided to go and take a test drive, so my wife and I went the Capital CJD and met our salesman Harry D. What a refreshing change it was t ogo to this dealership and not be jumped on coming in the door by a bunch of hungry pushy sales folks. Harry was a blessing. His and the dealerships sales style is something my wife and I have always wanted to run into when buying a car. It was just a very enjoyable experiance !!! My wife even thanked Harry on our way out the door that first day for not being pushy and giving us time to make our decision. Well being the penny pincher I am when it comes to buying cars I contacted another local Dodge dealer with a huge presence in the triangle area to try and get a better deal. Same contact as I did before asked for pricing and no calls. My request had not been in for 5 minutes when I got called by this dealership (even though I asked for no calls) and the questions started. Their pricing seemed to be a little better than Capital but the experience they created lost them a sale. If your in the market for a new Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge, please go the extra few miles and go see Harry D and the rest of the sales team at Capital CJD the treatment you get from that team is worrth the extra 5 or 8 miles it is to get there... I will be recommending them to everyone I know looking for a car. They will deal and treat you right without the push !!! When I had arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Daniel G. promptly. He had asked how everything was going and I explained my situation with current car having engine problems. He showed me the Dodge Darts, which are fantastic cars. While he was waiting for more information from the banks he actually took time to teach me how to drive a standard transmission, which is amazing. I was blown away with him doing this for me. Due to my credit situation we werent able to make a deal on the Dart, but they did have something used on the lot that was about the same and worked hard on getting the pricing down for me. He didnt really make any money from the deal. But I will be dealing with him in the future as he is a great salesman and a great guy.

I was in the preliminary stages of looking for a vehicle when a Capital salesperson, Todd M., asked me what they all ask, "What are you looking for?" I then gave him my parameters and thought he would take me to the used vehicles. He did not have a lightly used vehicle that would fit my requirements so he wanted to "go to work" for me and get me into a new vehicle. I was skeptical but, to my surprise, he was able to do just that and beat the price of the competition's used (15,000 mi.) comparable vehicle. Todd was knowledgable and professional and did not go through a lot of silly games. He simply asked me what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and then found it for me. I whole heartedly recommend Capital and Todd M.

Early this week I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Limited, 5.7L) at Capital CJD. The Salesperson, Harry D., was very helpful and responsive during the buying process. He was excellent at explaining things to customers like me and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. More importantly, the selling price was the most competitive among the quotes that I collected from all surrounding Jeep dealers. Highly recommend to all potential buyers!
