I had my vehicle up for the same issue several times and wasn't able to be previously diagnosed. They were able to offer a loaner vehicle on more than one occasion which was tremendously helpful with my work schedule and 3 kids. Eric Foster, my service advisor was awesome with updates and making sure that the process was as smooth as possible. He knew that what I was experiencing when the vehicle wasn't at the shop was in fact happening and while it took a little time to finally get a diagnoses we did and he was super patient. While Hendrick isn't very convenient as I live in North Raleigh, I prefer to use their service center over the ample service centers that are much closer.

Very Poor Service

I am very unhappy and dissatisfied. I brought my car in to have tires, brakes, alignment, and to have a specific sound that I have had them check about before. They said they that it was the rear brake pads shifting while accelerating and charged me 349.62 to repair and assured me that would correct the problem but did Not. The total for my most recent visit was 1452.19 plus the additional to the other charges a couple of months earlier. I now have a 1700 balance and the sound has not been corrected and they have told me they have no idea what is causing the issue. I also took my car to Hendricks Collision and they did not fix the problem either. I will Never use Hendricks again and I am also looking into filing a small claims court appeal. I have been more than patience and feel that every time I bring my car in they seem to find something wrong with it but cannot fix the problem I brought it in for. Totally ridiculous. I bring my car into the dealership to get premium service Not to be taken for granted. I am a woman of integrity and I expect the same in return. I have given Hendricks Chevrolet many chances to fix the issue and they have not. Lastly, when I picked up my car this last time my gas light was on. I found this to be totally absurd! What would have happened if i did not make it to the gas station and ran out of gas. I am so upset by the poor service i have received. Eric was very polite and understanding but other than that, I have received the worst service in my entire life of owning a car.

Have had an excellent experience with service of my vehicle. The appointments are honored and the vehicle is turned around in a reasonable time. i even had a small warranty item with a spot on the paint which the service department coordinated with their body shop. Many other dealers would have resisted a warranty repair of that type. Thanks Hendricks!

Fast and Friendly

I bought my 2015 Cruze in for its first scheduled maintenance. Even though it was early everyone was so nice and friendly. My 2 year old enjoyed the playroom and I enjoyed the much needed coffee. The service was quick and painlesz. I'm glad Dontee my original sales man was able to get me in for an appointment even with none showing online.

Hendrick Chevrolet Service has always been professional, courteous, and patient. They explain everything and update you as appropriate. It is almost as if your vehicle is a patient in a medical center rather than just somebody's car! Keep up the good work!
