Excellent buying experience!! We visited this dealer about 30 minutes before they closed. We were not rushed and our Sales Consultant Nick, made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle we selected. One of the Sale Managers, Bob Stephenson, has followed up with us several times after our purchase just to see if we had any questions about our new vehicle. We even had a pleasant discussion in the finance office signing documents. Great customer service for me equals repeat buyer.

Just purchased my second Suburban from Hendrick - Cary as I'd had a great experience with my first purchase from them. This time, I worked with Nick Divone and he made the transaction as seamless as possible. Part of my goal in my purchase this go-round was to do most of it remotely and dedicate the least amount of hours possible in the "search" (though this may be counter-intuitive to some). Nick was completely on-board with that, so this was a huge "win" in my book. For me, time is money and he respected that request. I only traveled to the dealership for pick-up, and avoided the inevitable "hurry up and wait" that occurs most often during a vehicle purchase. So, many thanks to Nick and Bryan Johnson, who likewise got me "in and out." I can't think of one thing that could have been done differently yesterday to have made my experience better.

On January 18th, I purchased a beautiful new 2024 Black Chevy Camaro 1LT from this wonderful dealership and I have been on cloud nine since doing so. Tim Simmons was my salesperson and he was incredibly easy to work with, energetic and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He is a genuinely great guy! The entire staff was very easy to work with and made me feel vindicated in my decision to purchase from this dealership. Some of the staff members that helped me in my purchase process were finance manager James Hawley, Sales Manager Milos Sainovic, and business manager Bryan Johnson. Just an overall fantastic staff. Hendrick Chevy made the entire process feel like what buying a car SHOULD feel like. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Over the years we have purchased almost a dozen cars from Trevor Buck at Hendrick's Chevrolet in Cary, NC. At this point, going to get an oil change or look at a vehicle feels more like just hanging out with friends and family. Trevor has always gone over and above for our family, and extended his care through our entire extended family. If you ever find yourself by the showroom ask for Trevor!

The VIP Test Drive was conducted in a very professional manner without the stereotypical high pressure sales tactics. We had several Test Drives with other dealerships and they definitely were not well executed. The decision to purchase the vehicle at this dealership was definitely the way each member of the Team conducted themselves. The vehicle selection, pricing and quality were also factors in purchasing a Chevrolet. I would definitely recommend the Hendrick dealership to my friends, colleagues and to anyone else looking for a positive vehicle shopping and purchasing experience.
