Once I decided to buy a used BMW ,(no small investment, even used) the buying options seemed endless. Carvana, CarMax, individual sellers, Import dealers, and every brand of new car dealers. I decided early on that I was only going to buy from a BMW Dealership . I felt that BMW’s reputation for customer service was some protection should I need it after purchase and that their inspection of the car would be superior due to their BMW expertise, even though there was no implied warranty with the vehicle. I can say , without a doubt, I made the right decision. Within 35 days of purchase I had 2 rather expensive issues with the car . These were out of the ordinary for the mileage on the car and nothing that could have been found prior to purchase. Once I spoke with the Sales Manager, Mark Miller, I felt that if there was any chance to remedy this situation, he would find it. His sincerity and empathy immediately made me feel better. Thanks to the solid reputation and goodwill of BMW of Asheville, they took care of both of these issues at no cost to me. I could not be more pleased by their honesty and integrity. Their customer service cannot be matched. They have gone above and beyond and couldn’t get a higher recommendation for purchasing a new or used car. Truly exceptional customer service from sales to service.

The staff was amazing from beginning to end. I drove in from out of town to purchase and they were waiting and prepared for my arrival. Everyone from the receptionist, sales reps and financing made this an enjoyable and smooth transaction. I would definitely purchase with them again, it’s worth the drive!

I sourced the specific vehicle I desired from my home in IL to this dealership in North Carolina…David Linenfelser reached out that day and did a FaceTime walk through of the vehicle for me - providing a full demo of all the key features and going out of his way to answer all of my questions about spatial details, etc. He got very creative with his umbrella and camera work to demonstrate just how much room the trunk and third row had…no small feat and meant a lot since I was thousands of miles away. We got a deal done seamlessly, and they got my vehicle to a Fields dealer location close to me in IL within a week. David is phenomenal to work with - a friendly experience, rather than feeling like you’re being taken for a ride by a salesman. Communication from start to finish was superb - I had texts, emails and phone calls every step of the way providing updates on the process. He even followed up with me well after the sale to see how things were going…think about that - I’m in IL and he’s already made the sale, and he’s still invested. Have to shout out to the finance team - Sharla and Kayla were great as well. No pressure, hassle or upsell. Communication was great, and they were able to beat the already great financing that I had brought to the table. I had a great experience with this group - pretty easy to leave a glowing review and recommendation. I’m sure the rest of the sales team is great, but highly recommend seeking out David if you’re shopping here - you won’t be disappointed.

We recently purchased a certified pre-owned BMW X5 from this dealership. The whole experience couldn't have been more pleasant, from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove out with our BMW. We brought our 9-yr old twins with us and we thought it was going to be a hassle for us. To our surprise, they were offered snacks and drinks (ice cream, chips and juice/sodas) as well as comfortable couches to sit on and wi-fi. They were entertained and happy and as a result, we were able to complete our transaction without interruptions. Our sales person was JACK CUMMINS. He was amazing to say the least, not pushy at all, super knowledgeable and extremely professional & pleasant. After our purchase was complete, we met with ALEX, who patiently explained every single button and function of our new BMW, and he had no issues answering all our questions even though it was time for him to leave. We were impressed by Alex's kindness and professionalism. The entire staff, from the receptionist to everyone else we encountered, were just extremely professional. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease a BMW, and we will certainly go back there even it means driving 2 hours away from home again! We were looking to replace my moms Buick Enclave. We went to look, and we found a perfect 5 series. They have us a great quote on our trade in, and the lease offer was so good, we couldn't pass it up. Everyone we worked with was great. I highly recommend Troy Willoughby, he was our salesman. We have had the car a couple months now and we love it. BMW Asheville gives you a free weekly car wash at the dealer. I take it every week, and the service is great. They have a great lounge that offers tons of snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend BMW Asheville if you are looking for a new car!

I was looking to purchase a BMW 6-series, and I found one at BMW of Asheville, through looking on the BMW USA website. When we called, we ended up dealing with Troy Willoughby, as our sales consultant. I told him exactly what I wanted, and exactly what I wanted to spend. He was courteous, professional, and very friendly. He worked diligently with his finance department to get the deal done. He was in constant contact every step of the way, up until, and even after my car was delivered to me in Dallas. Troy made my car-buying experience as smooth as possible, especially, given the long distance transaction, buying the car sight-unseen. Love my car, and very happy with my experience. Javier Escobar of BMW Asheville, may be the best automobile sales person in all the Asheville. He certainly is the best salesperson I ever had after living and buying cars in three different states. I feel he has been more of a partner and advocate for me and my automotive needs. Easy to get a hold of and ALWAYS happy to hear from me- he is remarkable and a very special caring person. I drive a beautiful X1. Its my first BMW and have had it about a year. Unlike previous dealerships and cars (which will remain un-named) - Javier's character and service goes above and beyond any on my experiance of at least a dozen purchases in my lifetime. I recently had an issue that needed to be resolved. He, and the GM and Joel in the Service Department listened and delivered! I got my car back in working order quickly and he allowed me to test drive their new (and fun) electric hybrid in the meantime. Make an appointment with Javier if you are even THINKING of owning a BMW. He is the best!

I recently bought my 2nd BMW and my 1st from BMW of Asheville, but more specifically Robert Wood. He was able to work out pricing for me before I ever had to step foot into the dealership. Woody is by far the salesman of the new millennium. He never played games nor asked me ridiculous questions like a car guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their next vehicle. At first I thought it was bazaar that he wouldn't see me without an appointment; but after working with him, I see why so many people make appointments to work with him!

Recently I bought a used mini cooper at BMW of Asheville. My experience was amazing from start to finish. I'm almost 50 so l can speak with great experience that this was indeed the best used car buying experience, I have ever had. I called initially to state my interest and talk about my trade. Javier was very informative and took my information on my trade. The next morning he had everything prepared for my visit as promised. Even my name on a placard hanging in my test drive vehicle. Again true to his word, there was no haggling and no trashing of my trade. Within a hour or so, I drove out with my wifes dream car. Plus I discovered numerous free perks, from the dealer, for years to come. My advice. Shop at BMW of Asheville and ask for Javier.

We purchased a BMW X-3 in January, 2012. Of course, the car is superb -- everything you would expect from a BMW. But even more satisfying is the dealership, BMW of Asheville. Everything about our purchasing experience was top draw. Our sales person, Karen S, responded to our every need and question. It the process and since the purchase we are grateful to now call her a trusted friend. And during the only service experience we have needed, everything was handles in a prompt, efficient and professional manner. It short, the whole dealership is a class act. They are active supporters of the arts in the community. It is almost impossible to attend a cultural event in town without realizing that they are earnest sponsors. We have repeatedly taken advantage of the dealership's offer of complimentary tickets to NC State Company and Flat Rock Playhouse productions, as well as Asheville Symphony performances. Steve G, the General Manager of the dealership, provides more to the community than just a place to buy a car. Through his leadership, BMW of Asheville is an important and integral part of the cultural life of Asheville and the surrounding area.
