Great Experience

I was very pleased with my experience at Lia Honda from start to finish. I found a vehicle I liked and completed the online form to make an inquiry. Even though it was after hours, Christine M got back to me very quickly and got some pertinent information from me. The next day, I got a phone call from my sales representative, Antoun Ibrahim. He was professional and courteous. My husband and I were pleased to see that Lia Honda started off with a competitive price as opposed to other dealerships that seemed to mark up the same and similar vehicles. I asked for a few days to think about it and set up a test drive. At no point did, Antoun or anyone from his team make me feel pressured or uneasy. A few days later, I went in for the test drive and making the decision to sign the lease and make plans to pick up my new car went seamlessly. The dealership was very busy that day and Antoun was helping other customers but despite that, I always felt like I had his full attention . When I picked up my vehicle, I had a great interaction with Matt Baglio who handled the financial aspects of my lease. I also had the opportunity to speak with Renee who took me out to my new vehicle to show me all the features on my new car and answer all my questions. My experience with Lia Honda was a positive one because the staff was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I will gladly return.

Always Reliable

Brought my Accord in for routine service begfore sa trip Lourie Bruner and the mechanic made sure my car was in top condition. I need my car to be run reliably and feel I can always trust that the folks at Lia until I'm ready for a new car. Lourie knows I work afternoons/evenings and that I need to have my car completed in a reasonable amount of time and always comes through making making the whole process run as smoothly as possible.

Great result from weird situation.

Two days after purchasing a used vehicle, I had the maintenance lights appear. I drove into service and met with Lourie Bruner about immediately assisted. Between Lourie and Martha Sobieraj, they had the problem resolved in minutes. Thank you both for taking a stressful situation and immediately resolving it.

Service with a smile

The first CRV I bought from Lia Honda was back in 2013. Every two years since then I traded and bought another CRV from Lia Honda. The only place I have taken any of my CRVs for service is to Lia. The service department is the best. Most repairs are done in a timely manner. If it takes a bit longer Lourie Bruner (Service Advisor) will set up a ride for you to and from your house. When the service is finished she explains what work was done to your vehicle in a way that is understandable. Lourie is knowledgeable in vehicles and can answer questions you may have regarding vehicle issues.

I purchased a 2024 CR-V Sport Hybrid. I am a repeat Lia Honda customer, and this is my third CR-V since 2010. My salesperson, Jacquie Andrusz, excels at her job. Actually, I hesitate to call it a job, because the way Jacquie interacts with and how she treats her customers is an extension of the person she is. She is genuinely concerned about her customers and treats them with respect. She took the time to get to know my husband and me during our multiple visits to the dealership and listened carefully to what we were looking for in a new car. She is knowledgeable about the CR-V, and cars in general, and was able to convey that knowledge to us and answer our questions in an easy-to-understand manner. She is not only well-informed about current car models, but older models as well and the history of the dealership. But, even with all the seriousness of buying a car, she made the experience fun and enjoyable. Jacquie was thoughtful, helpful, responsive, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to work with – this was the best car buying experience I have had. Jacquie is a tremendous asset to the Lia Honda dealership.

I recently had my 2022 Passport serviced at Lia Honda of Williamsville. I had to take it in to take care of a recall and I decided to have their 5K service done at the same time. I was going on a road trip and wanted to ensure everything was good. Michael Witmer greeted me warmly and took the time to ensure he knew what I was looking to have done. He provided a proper estimate and my vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. I would recommend Lia Honda and Michael to anyone of my friends. Thank you for a great service experience. A distressing situation made better.

My wife and I were recently faced with a repair bill which was too much to warrant our investing in our 2014 Odyssey. We really weren't looking to buy, but are a single car family now. Lourie B in service understood our position and referred us to Antoine I in sales. Both of these individuals were outstanding with regard to consideration of our needs. We drove away the next day in a used Pilot with which we couldn't be more pleased. This is the second purchase we have made from Lia of Williamsville, and once again we feel we were afforded top notch treatment as a customer.

I am very pleased overall so far with my experience with Lia Honda. The main reason is because of sales rep. Jacqueline Andrusz who at first overheard me saying I was interested in a red Honda Pilot Elite. She then stepped up to say she checked inventory while I was inquiring and said they could get one for me. She swiftly followed through to confirm the VIN and that they could have it on their lot just days after negotiations. Jacqueline is very resourceful with good follow-through. I also had a good meeting with sales rep. Kyle also assisted in negotiations with sales manager Greg. When I picked up the SUV, Jacqueline even stayed well after closing to explain many of the vehicle features. She also helped guide me with the purchase of accessories. So far, aside from Lia finance hitting me last minute unexpectedly about an extended warranty, I had a very good experience with Lia!

I had 2 of my cars in for annual NYS inspections a week apart. I have been dealing with Laurie Bruner for a number of years and she always takes very good care of me and my vehicles. The inspections were done quickly as I waited (I had scheduled the service ahead of time). She always goes over the vehicle report to make me aware of any issues that may arise in the future.
