Unfortunately, I was involved in a head-on collision with my year old 2013 XC60. We had the pleasure of dealing with Michael C. with our first purchase so when the 2013 XC60 was deemed a total loss, we went back to Michael to replace the car. I truly believe that had I not been in the Volvo, things would have been different. Unfortunately, I had to find out the hard way just how safe a Volvo is. Michael made a difficult situation much easier. Hes an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Volvo to anyone and would also recommend Michael to anyone as well. Thank you!

My family just bought a second car from them two days ago. (First car: New Saab 93 2.0t back in 2007. and bought a new '09 Volvo S60 2.5T on Wednesday) The sales representatives we have come across with are very nice. They aren't intimating and they don't push you to buy the car that much like everywhere else. We got pretty good deals on both the Saab and Volvo(both for invoice minus watever rebate/cash back). During test drive they don't tell you where to turn, you choose your own route. **There was this guy from the Saab department that pushed us too hard on a demo 9-5. It might because we went there an hour before they close.. But the two salesman that sold us the 9-3 and S60 are very nice to work with.
