Had my driver's side headlight abruptly go out earlier in the week- managed to get in same week to get it replaced. Everyone is extremely friendly, the process was painless and simple. Only took about an hour of my time, but the satisfaction of knowing it's done right and I can shine on without issue is priceless. Steven was wonderful, would very much recommend him and West Herr Toyota in general!

Brought my car in for inspection and oil change. Service adviser was Brad McCallister. Service was excellent. Brad is top notch. I have owned my Camry for 11 years and it is still in great shape. I credit Brad and his honest and efficient service over the years for my cars longevity. Highly recommend him.

Mixed review, not totally happy

They took my car without an appointment for an emergency situation, my lid to gas cap wouldn't open and car gas light was on. They said may be a few days due to trying to fit me in. I added an amber light bulb change to service order. All fine. By the end of the repair, they said my battery died and they replaced it saying it was old and corroded. My battery was replaced new this spring by the AAA with a built in replacement guarantee. The old and corroded line is a falsehood perhaps covering employee fault in leaving accessories or lights on is my suspicion. I think the dealership is sound but my support of them has faltered. The offered a coupon for$100 off the new battery it still cost over $100.

He was respectful of my concerns about meeting during the pandemic and took extra precautions to help me to feel safe. He is responsive to questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Vogel Team did an excellent job

It is rare i write reviews, but Bill Vogel and his team did a great job in helping get my Tundra. Cord Polzin provided insight on the different models. Cord also was a big help to us when we purchased our minivan. Bill was responsive to email an negotiating a good deal. When I got to the dealership there was a problem with the paperwork, Frieda Bowers stayed after hours to help me with the paper work and fix West Herr managements mistake. With Bill's help West Herr fixed their mistake and made the deal right. Would recommend them to anyone.

I started my search at west herr Kia but was directed to west herr Toyota when I found a used car on their lot that I wanted to test drive. Tom Occhino helped us and from the beginning to the end of our time with him it was apparent that he really enjoys helping people find exactly what they're looking for! I didn't like the first car I drove and he quickly pieced together my preferences and put me in the car I wanted. My 13 Corolla is absolutely perfect and west herr has been amazing throughout- when they needed to coat the glass and I wouldn't be out of work on time to catch their complimentary shuttle back they came and dropped my car off to my work!! This place is to notch through and through!

Leasing a 2015 Rav4

First car change in twelve years and had my heart set on a Rav4. We had many favorable conversations about the Toyota Dealership on Southwestern Blvd. I wasn't sure about leasing for the first time or buying and our salesman, Zachary Bush was extremely patient and helpful in explaining the two options so that I was able to make a decision, I have only had my Rav4 for less than a week but am enjoying my new car and we were able to drive home with it the same day. I returned the next day with a minor concern and the service department was extremely helpful and kind in easing my mind. From the moment we walked through the door at the beginning of our search to the moment we drove home we were greeted by friendly, helpful employees and were never pressured to buy or felt pushed to get out the door. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will return myself for future vehicle investment. Charlene and Brian
