Power booster whine/Sierra 2500 HD

Mechanic BR, repaired a power brake booster whine problem that no one else could find. He rerouted the high pressure line that was touching the accumulator. The noise was happening since day one of buying the truck and drove me nuts for a year. Every mechanic at multiple dealerships told me it was “functioning normally”. BR found the problem and I am grateful for his follow through. Thanks again.

Did t expect sick great sales experience.

Online person Zoe was awesome set us up to walk in and see the used truck we were interested in. Had truck ready and our salesman Bryan was awesome. No pressure. Drive the truck put a deposit on it. Worked out deal and picked up a couple days later. Could have been sooner, we had some things to do. Even after purchase promises kept with touch up paint and new fob and key. Key service came right to my work to take care of it. The follow up has been awesome since.

Salesman should sell something else he knows about

Staff was not knowledgeable about the vehicles being sold. Didnt seem to know anything mechanical about the truck that was purchased, struggled with paperwork and appeared to have "pencil-whipped" the CPO paperwork. Drove 2 hours home with multiple issues with vehicle. Kind of surprised the salesman knew the difference between a car and truck.

Glad I choose this dealer . It is convenient for me to have my vehicle service is one reason I went here. The salesman was helpful and very informative in all the new features and options with the vehicles and seemed his primary focus was to please me and make my experience in purchasing my vehicle pleasant. Definitely would go back to purchase another vehicle.

Buick Encore GX

My daughter was leasing her first car and Christian was very helpful. He went above and beyond trying to find the perfect car for her. My only criticism was after agreeing on a monthly payment I was not told (until signing final paperwork ) that the payment was based on 39 months and not 36 months, which was what I asked for. She loves the car and wouldn’t have changed her mind, but that is another $700 out of her pocket.

This is about my service at Robert Basil GMC in Orchard Park, NY. From the initial sale to after-sales service, this is truly a five-star facility! The service department is always consistent, same great service every time. Jeff Powell and Jordan Chavier (might have misspelled that) are amazing assets to the dealer, as are the techs behind the scenes who I do not know, but who take exceptional care of my vehicles needs. Ashley Putnam is an awesome appointment coordinator, the three of them make the service dept what it is. HIGHLY recommend!

They wanted $300 just to run a diagnostic test. Ummm, you can buy one of those for thirty bucks on Amazon. I got them to accept a hundred and fifty for the diagnosis but then they would not credit me towards the repair. Paid about $450 to have a fan sensor fixed. they couldn't even be bothered to run my car through the wash. This is the last time they'll get my business. And it wasn't the first time that I've had a bad experience.
