What an experience!

My first infinity experience was wonderful. Quick painless straightforward and was able to locate the color palette of my choice. No settling. The day I went to pick up my car I wasn’t prepared for the celebration they do. Would recommend 100%

I went into Infiniti of Lynbrook after visiting two other Infiniti dealerships. Thankfully with the help of Adolphe and Manager Oscar I was greeted with the upmost professionalism and service. I am pleased to say I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Amazing sales service

Alan was recommended to me by a good friend, and he was every bit as amazing as my friend had said. Best price, very patient with me, made everything easy and when he was going to be out of town the day i was going to sign, he had another great sales person to help me finalize things. The Finance person was also awesome and the signing process (which I typically hate) was the coolest I’ve ever seen - you sign a smart screen the size of the desk! Then they made an announcement and everyone came to shake your hand and congratulated you. Best buying experience ever

It was a pleasant experience with Haas. He was able to answer all of my questions. I was able to negotiate my monthly payment and pick up was within two days. The celebration and welcome felt like the nice touch with the experience!

The staff was amazing. I needed a ride from the LIRR and the driver was there 2 minutes ahead of schedule and called me to let me know where he was waiting for me. Rico is amazing and very knowledgeable as well. Overall, I had a great experience.

Nice staff, still having issue’s with the car.

I had brought my infinity q50 red sport 400 in for three issues. One, the suspension was making noise upon driving over uneven pavement. Second my belt would squeak upon acceleration. And Thirdly there was a strange grinding noise that came from my tire at any speed over 60 mph. The service Advisor I was paired up with was Brian. Brian was very nice and professional. They claimed to have changed some links which were responsible for the suspension noise. They also said they had done an adjustment on the belt. However the suspension is still making noise, in fact the car drifts all over the road as you change lanes. The belt is still squeaking and they claim that the grinding noise coming from my tire is due to bad brake rotors. This doesn’t make sense to me. The car has only 16,000 miles on it. This is the 2nd time I have come in but my issues aren’t being resolved.

Fantastic service!!

Came in for an oil change, the service specialist was very polite, very kind and friendly. She had me in and out very quickly and it’s nothing new to the service I receive there. Excellent, quick and efficient service.. every time!

Stay Away

I returned my lease to this dealership, signed the necessary document and thought my interaction was finished. A month later i got a call from Infiniti financial that my account was delinquent and that i was on the hook for the full car because it was not returned and that they filed a delinquency with my credit. This particularly sucked because I was in the process of getting a mortgage. I contacted this miserable dealership and they said they would look for the car on the lot and get back to me in a few days. After no one getting back to me, I went down to the dealership and demanded written proof that they know where my car is. Their response was "the person who does the leases is away at a conference so they couldn't get it for me". I insisted they give me the document anyways, and they said they will see what they can do. They went upstairs for 3 hours, came down and handed me the grounding documents for my car and although it showed it was returned a month ago, it showed the closed date as that day. Thanks for ruining my credit because your guy forgot to ground the lease. I reached out to them for an explanation and posted on their Facebook account but no answer. So next best thing is to warn everyone, STAY FAR AWAY!
