onThis had a $3500 rebate and the finance manager found $2000 more from my partner's previous purchase. My salesman was also very helpful. I would say overall, a very unpressured buying experience. The bottom line is this car is a joy to drive and very happy with it so far.

onMy appointment was at 9:00 AM. They told me my car would only be a few more minutes at 10:00 AM and then I had to wait until 10:50 AM and all I got was an oil change and tire rotation. You should not have to wait 2 hours for a simple task.

onI let no one but Browns Ford touch my car . Oil changes ,new tires , etc . It goes in their shop . The time for certain things for service seems to be excessive , but, I guess they just what to make sure its done right .Very helpful and courteous service staff .

onhappy with service and with tech finding missing clamp that was causing the exhaust noise. disappointed that maintenance light was not reset. also, as happened with last service scheduled online, received notification that I missed my appointment even though I was there for this and the previous appointment. Mentioned this the last time it happened, so did not expect it to happen again.

onHad my car in on Friday for service. Treated very nice by service people as usual and all work was done as requested. Picked up car and paid bill. Car was clean. Next day I received a not so nice email from you saying that I missed my appointment and you did not like the fact that I took a spot that could have been used by one of your "valued" customers. This is the second one of these received. I have had my vehicle serviced there since it was new so I do not know how I fall on your customer list.

onSeveral thing made this deal possible. First the f150 , I believe, is a quality truck. The new body material will hopefully allow me to keep this vecihile for years to come. The pricing inventives were excellent Dealing locally with a quality business like Browns. Test driving, multiple vehicles for a solid multiple days, was very important to the vehicle decision The sales rep and owners were very invested in finding he right truck to meet my specifications It's a really Nice (sweet) truck and Browns made it a good purchasing experience. Browns will be there to service my truck for any issue that I may have in the future
