I want to start by saying I had a terrible experience at Cappellino Cadillac where I was a loyal customer for the past 15yrs. A friend of mine connected me to Jason Raymond, who diligently listened to my experience, and my current need. He was able to quickly connect me with Gregory Janca at West Herr Cadillac. Jason followed up multiple times through my experience to ensure a great experience. Gregory immediately contacted me to assist. He made the experience painless, and efficient. He was able to locate the car I wanted, complete a dealer trade for the car, and workout a reasonable deal without the hassle within days of initial contact. He was not full of promises he couldn’t deliver, or bs to keep the deal alive. A drastic change from his competitors. As a working professional I appreciate the effort to ensure a smooth delivery, without wasting my time. The pickup for the vehicle was also seamless, and efficient.
