timely service

arrived at 3pm needing a service & wiper blades. 1 hr later this was completed and after paying i was driving down the road.

Great Service !

All of the People that I encountered at your dealership were very courteous and friendly and very respectful from the service dept. and the drivers who picked me up and dropped me off to and from my place of employment. Service was just a great at the time Of purchase about a year prior, no Over-aggressive or pushy sale people.

Service Excellence

Technical service and courtesy of personnel was excellent. We are a little concerned with the repeat nature of having to bring the car in for service (a GM issue - 2 faulty coil packs now), but Burdick service was both responsive and diligent in addressing the problem.

Service department delivers exceptional service.

I went in for an oil change and inspection. The guy at the service desk said it would be close to 2 hours. They offered us a shuttle to wherever we wanted to go but decided to stay and check out the Cafe and the rest of the mall. The service took maybe an hour and they still said they were sorry for the wait. Exceptional service.

Burdick GMC - a stress free car buying experience!

Chris Steele was fabulous! My first Terrain was totalled in an accident and we walked away from it with barely a scratch and I knew I wanted another Terrain. Chris made it so easy for me, it was stress free and I got exactly what I wanted. My second great experience with Chris and Burdick! He is wonderful!

Driver's village- Burdick Chevy

Phil was awesome and got me into a brand new lease that I could afford, and then Roy took over to show me how to use all the features. I drove out with a brand new vehicle the same day. the Service Dept was great as well. I was having a problem with my Saturn that I was giving my son, and they were able to get me right in and have it repaired by the end of the same day. Exceptional service! I will definitely recommend.

Great Salesperson, But Price Was Not The Best

Chris Steele was an excellent salesperson; helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I like him a lot and felt bad not buying from him. I explained that I had purchased or leased five vehicles at Burdick and knew exactly what I wanted after doing a lot of research on-line. All my previous sales experiences were satisfactory and I really appreciate the service department. However, Burdick is a long ways from my home, in Cazenovia. I was interested in a Chevy Trax LTZ in a specific color which was not on the lot. There are two other Chevy dealers much closer to my home. I did not share any quotes with by any dealer with any other dealer, but the price I was quoted at Burdick was almost $2,000 higher than elsewhere. I bought at the lowest first quote. I'm not the kind of person that is comfortable making an offer while the salesperson goes back and forth with the manager. I just wanted the best price up front. Unfortunately, Burdick was not competitive on this purchase.

Customer For Life!

Dave Sutter is a service writer in your Chevy/Buick service dept. In my 60 years of driving I have never been so pleased as I am with the care Dave Sutter has given me. I know every minute what is going on with my car, the service dept takes my car at the appointment time, and my car is ready when Dave says it will be. I had a complex electrical issue, which was accomplished by John Alpert. My car was going to have to stay overnight, but Dave got me a loaner so my wife could go to work the following morning. We only have the one car. Anyway, I'm telling everyone to go to D.V. for their service work. If everyone at Driver's Village is as professional, courteous and conscientious as Dave and John my friends will also be pleased. PS: Dave should be an instructor in Cutomer Service. If I was still with Xerox, I'd hire him away in a second.

Look elsewhere for trustworthy service

If your looking for a trustworthy service department, this isn't it. I brought my vehicle in for a power steering recall (#14116) and the steering is now much worse than when I brought it in. The steering wheel shakes even more than when I first brought the vehicle in (witnessed by a service writer) and the steering is so notchy that the vehicle cannot be driven in a straight line. This vehicle should have never been released to me in this condition and the service manager at Burdick Chevrolet could care less. He told the service writer that this wasn't part of the recall and that I would be charged for diagnostics. I would look elsewhere if your concerned about safety. I called Chevrolet Customer Relations and was given a case number. Time will tell if this vehicle is repaired.
