Simply Great Service

I had my vehicle serviced by Morris Ford. I dropped it off before my family vacation and picked it up a week later. All task and repairs were completed and the vehicle was ready and waiting for me. The staff is very kind and courteous. I always recommend Morris Ford to my family and friends.

2013 Buick

I went to test drive a 2013 Buick Verano and Mike had it all set for me. I was honest with what I wanted for my trade and what I wanted to pay for the new vehicle and they were able to accept what I wanted. I picked up the car 2 days later and the only negative I could say is the inside could have been better detailed and the wipers are garbage. A small price to pay for what I would consider a good deal.

excellent fast service and done correctly

I was looking for a f150 an the the folks at terry morris ford couldnt have been any better at helping me find that truck a year an half ago superior knowledge and friendly as can be they keep all my records and send me helpful reminders to keep my truck superior ford product just that I will always return to them an when my truck gets to old for me even though I know it could go forever I will buy a new one from them

Purchased 2015 Mustang

I had a good experience buying a car there. Mike Bonesteel was very straightforward and helpful and overall it was a very easy process. The only issue I had was getting financing through you. The bank you used, First National of Scotia, required me to lower my deductable from 1000 to 500, increasing my insurance a significant amount, because its there policy. Now I'll ahve to refinance to the original bank I was going to finance through which is a hassle. In the future I suggest you go over more details like this explaining the diffenrent policies between banks so there aren't any surprises.

Morris Ford is a great place to do business. Their response was quick - I shopped online to find vehicle, made an offer online on one of their trucks and someone got back to me right away. Our whole transaction was completed in two days!!! No hassle, no pressure - got our price and went home very happy.

Great Service and Family Atmosphere

On one occasion I had my F-150 in for service and was very happy with the explanation and reasons for what needed to be repaired. Brian Cornell was extremely helpful in getting me back on the road. Weekes later I started to communicate online with Mike Bonesteel in regards to a New F-150 and the over all start to finish was awesome(with a big help from Jim DeMarco). I am a lifelong Morris Ford Customer and would go nowhere else for my vehicle needs.

body shop did excellent work on my Cadillac DTS bumper. car was cleaned while there and waxed. car looks like new. manager of shop is an excellent ambassador of Terry Morris.

2008 Ford EDGE Brake Repair

Your service team was very helpful and courteous during my recent visit to have my front brakes repaired and to have my recall checked out for my 2008 Ford Edge. After driving my vehicle this week I honestly can't say that I notice a great deal of difference in the stopping range on the break pedal. My only concern was when I was told that I not only needed pads but also rotors. I had previously had my brakes checked by a family member who has been in this business for 20 years. He told me that I had about 2 months left on the pads. He did not mention anything about the rotors being bad.

Shifter replacement.

I have a 2011 Explorer that when put into park and car turned off had a dashboard message to shift to park. In researching I expected to have tn leave the car for a day or so as they needed to change the shifter. I was very happy to learn that the shifter was in stock in their warehouse and it only took an hour to change out. Thank you!

I felt welcomed as I signed in. Time passed quickly. I was informed of what was done and told my 2013 Fusion was like a new car. My husband has had two hip surgeries. I mentioned that the Fusion was very low and hard for him to get out of. Perhaps in December when my lease is up we'll go to an Escape to make it easier for him. I was told to make sure he tried both the driver's and passenger's side. Look forward to December.
