My sales man Jose was great and very knowledgeable about everything and did his best to get this car into my hands. However, I was sold a vehicle that not only had no windsheild fluid installed at the time, but I drove the car off the lot with non-working blinkers. How did this car pass the alleged 172 point inspection? When someone brought it to my attention, I brought my car back to Depaula the following Monday after the purchase of my vehicle. This was very inconvenient for me because I had to drive all the way back to Albany for something that shouldn't have been an issue with a car I have not even had for two days. Don in the service department helped me right away and I only had to wait a few minutes. A few days later I noticed my car was making a chirping noise from the engine. I then took my car back to Depaula a few days after that and spoke with Jimmy in the service department. Jimmy took me for a drive in my car and insisted he did not hear a thing. I was getting slightly irritated because I knew for a fact that my car should not be making this noise. He asked his manager to verify the issue with my car and assumed the manager was going to agree with him. The manager then came back to the service desk and Jimmy then said to him "all good right" and the manager promptly disagreed with Jimmy and verified that my vehicle was indeed making a noise. Jimmy also forgot to shedule me a courtesy shuttle back to the dealership after I got out of work. I ended up waiting almost a hour for the ride back to the dealership and he lied to me and said the driver was stuck in traffic..when he actually just forgot. The driver was honest with me, which I respect. He was a very friendly guy. Lastly I wanted to provide my experience with the finance department. I really truly enjoyed my first ever experience with purchasing a vehicle at this dealership until I had to go into that tiny finance room with Cassie. Cassie was very nice and had a great demeanor at first. She was fighting to get me this car with a great rate which I greatly appreciated. When it was time to sign all the paper work and discuss warranties and such, it was then I felt completley uncomfortable at this place. I respectfully declined her warranty offers because I can only afford so much. I am a 21 year old female and this would be my first car. The tension in the room escalated. She seemed very angered with me that I was not interested in any warranties such as protection from "bird waste" on this (not to mention) USED vehicle. She told me that I "better start saving my money" for my car as she throws my Depaula folder to the ground and gives my mother and I looks of disgust. Was she implying that I was sold a lemon? If it wasn't for this car and wanting it to be mine, I would have called everything off right then and there.

Everything went well with our sales person. He was extremely professional and very accessible. He answered all our questions. I would recommend John without reservation. The only break down came when we were negotiating the price. I had bought vehicles there before and knew pretty much what I wanted prior to the negotiations. The managers over John we're not that familiar with my prior deals and the discounts that could be offered. They did correct the problems. I would give John high praises and excellent. The managers over him could use some retraining on price negotiation. The ability to deal with and contact John was outstanding. Is that an outstanding representative of your organization.

I gave up 100 dollars in a Carmax transfer to purchase from Cesar. While I do not enjoy the dealership experience in most cases, Cesar's dedication to seeing the deal through and items were resolved prior to delivery sold the vehicle for me. I would return to this dealership only to work with Cesar again!

I recently purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy Cruze from Depaula Chevrolet. My experience at Depaula was my best yet buying a car. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant to deal with. Specifically I dealt with Sales Rep Ryan Farnan. He was very personable and seemed to genuinely care about what car fit me and my lifestyle. I was almost set on buying a car from Denooyer Chevrolet but a friend told me he had a great experience with Mr. Farnan. Mr. Farnan beat their price and I did not think it was possible. PLEASANT!!! I haven't been to the dealership for about a year and was I ever surprised at the remodeling that's been done in the service area! I waited for my car to be serviced, but it seemed like it took no time at all---finding Starbucks coffee AND authentic bakeshop pastries in the large, clean, connected waiting room was a WOW moment!! Oh yeah, the service. . . my car was serviced accurately, completely and thoroughly by professionals. The estimate of the work was right on. Dennis of the Red Team is the best!!! And they washed my car before giving it back to me ---OMG, you wouldn't think anything could beat the coffee and cakes, but that DID!!! I'm proud to say I've been a DePaula customer since 2003 and plan to continue!
