Great place, great people.

Great customer service! Everyone at Unique Enterprises is easy to talk to and very helpful. They were happy and fun to be around. I’d give them more than 5 Stars if I could. I bought a 2014 Ford F-150 XLT Crew Cab 2WD. The price was reduced and they gave me an additional discount. I got a great deal and we love the truck. Although the truck is used, they still offered to help make any repairs that may be needed to make it right for me. Happily there were no problems and the limit warranty was not needed. Solid truck! I would recommend Unique Enterprise for anyone looking for a reasonable deal on a great vehicle. Careful, you’ll want to hang out longer with them and there’s a big jar of M&Ms.

Bad customer service

by christbereal2 on 02/14/2017

No wiggle room on price. Not one red cent. Price is firm because it is worth 10,000. As my loan lender said through a phone call...LOL. Not even close... that was way overpriced at $10,000 to begin with and that's why it has sat there for almost 2 yrs already. Had they at least tried to negotiate a little I would have tried also to come up with a little more money but with that kind of customer service I rather take my business elsewhere. Overpriced vechicles that are lowered 2yrs later making it seem as your getting such a good deal. I could say more but I'll just say don't shop here not worth your time.

Welched on Deal After Sending Purchase Agreement

by AntiqueWheels on 06/23/2016

I made an offer on an 08' Tundra via e-mail, received a phone call from a Salesman named Art a few days later. He said he would check with the Manager and see if my offer will be accepted. The following day I got a call saying he discussed it with the manager and my offer was approved and a Purchase Agreement was drawn up and e-mailed to me for approval and payment. I e-mailed back and asked them to fix a few clerical errors and to add the credit card fee of $150.00 then send me a revised agreement. They did, the problem arose when I requested that once I made the payment that the Title be overnighted to me (I am 2000 miles away) so I could get the Truck Registered in my home State prior to picking it up. I got a call from Kurt the Manager and said he would have to discuss it with the owner. A few hours later Kurt called again and said he they believed they could get more for the Truck and claimed he did not have time to review the offer and backed out of the deal altogether! Remember I had already been sent a Purchase Agreement with the final amounts, the vehicle Info etc. and I was ready to make the full payment, Very Unprofessional! The only reason I did not give them 1 Star is because everybody I spoke to was friendly and responsive and at least Kurt did have the guts to call me formally rather than blowing me off once they lost interest. Still once you make an Agreement and then back out the following day because you "believe you could get more locally" shows you cannot be trusted.

Unique really goes the extra mile for customers

by flainn on 03/26/2015

I was looking for a diesel truck. I found one that Unique had for sale but wasn't able to look at it for several days, and I was planning to view it on a Friday morning. One of Unique's salesmen, Dave Luchetti, called me before my appointment to let me know that it had sold the evening before, but he had some other trucks I might like to look at. Dave is pleasant, friendly, and professional, and gave me a very low-pressure opportunity to look at the trucks I was interested in. I found one that I had already seen on Unique's Web site and asked him if he'd give me fifteen minutes to go completely through my checklist. No problem, he said, and he left me alone to check it out. I ended up wanting to buy that truck. Dave and Mike Heffron, the owner, really worked with me on negotiation and financing. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in, and gave me good financing options with local banks. They agreed to fix a few issues I had found (the windshield had a crack and the spare tire was misplaced). We signed all the paperwork and I went on my way, planning to pick the truck up the next day. Then, later in the afternoon, Dave called me back and said that they had found me even better financing with a local credit union. Keep in mind that this was after the sale was completed -- and there was no financial benefit to Unique for going the extra mile, but it sure made me happy. The financing they found for me was frankly incredible, and the payment only a little more than I was making on my trade-in. I picked up the truck the next day and drove it home. After a day or two of driving it, and driving it to work the next Monday, I noticed that it didn't have the power it should have had. It wouldn't accelerate up hills. That Monday, I called Dave and asked if I could bring it back to let them have a look. New Mexico has a fifteen-day/500-mile warranty included with all new and used cars, but you must let the dealer you bought it from make a reasonable effort to fix issues. So I brought the truck back. Unique's mechanic spent several days working on the truck, replacing the fuel pump and intercooler boots. Dave kept me very up-to-date throughout the entire process, and I even spoke with Unique's mechanic, Johnny, several times on his cell phone. He was very open and communicative about what was happening. Unfortunately, replacing these things didn't correct the issue. Unique decided to send my truck to a local diesel specialty shop, where they replaced all six fuel injectors. If you know Cummins trucks, you know replacing fuel injectors isn't an inexpensive operation. I was amazed, and very happy, that Unique was willing to go to such lengths to get my truck running the way it should. Less scrupulous dealerships might have gone for a Band-Aid solution, or just blown me off. Not Unique. They do what it takes to make you happy, both before and after the sale. In short, I cannot recommend the good people and cars at Unique highly enough. Do your research, find the car you want, and then check out Unique. If they don't have it, they can get it -- and they'll treat you right. I'm going to recommend all my friends and family members shop for their cars at Unique Motor Sports.
