Purchase of 2016 Buick Lacrosse

We have bought a couple of used vehicles from Quality GMC and were in need of off loading our latest one. I made contact with Lorie Holler who was aware of our situation who in turn put us in contact with Jesse Herrera. Jesse immediately listened to our concerns and showed/allowed us to drive several vehicles that might fit what we were looking for. We finally settled on a new Lacrosse. This vehicle is a beautiful car with a great ride and the wife loves it. Even though we were initially shopping for a truck or SUV, the Lacrosse has been a pleasant buy. Jesse made the experience of our first NEW vehicle purchase a pleasant experience. We will be back when we are ready for that truck. I highly recommend Quality.

Let me start my review by stating In my 40 years of purchasing vehicles, I have never had a more pleasant and positive experience as the one I had purchasing a truck from Andrew at Quality Buick GMC. I was in the process of replacing my stolen truck. I went to a couple of dealerships in town looking at a few used vehicles. I always have mixed feelings about looking for a car. Theres the exhilarating feeling of a new ride on one hand, and on the other hand theres the frustrating feeling that someone will tell you almost any thing to sell you a car. Not all salesmen fall in this category, but there is still a fair share of them out there. After a couple of oh boy moments, I started to resort to not even using my real name or number. I was on the internet one day and saw a couple of trucks at Quality Buick GMC that peaked my interest, so the next day I took a ride down there. I was down there and ran into Andrew and we started a conversation about trucks. I told him about what I was looking for in a truck. The thing of it is he was very knowledgeable about all trucks not just GMC. His passion for automobiles was apparent in our conversation and I felt like we were trying to find a solution to my dilemma, as opposed to how could I sell you something. Just 2 guys talking about trucks. We narrowed it down to 1 pre-owned and new. Now for the big test. I came back with my wife for a 2nd test drive and possible purchase. My wife has been in sales for 35 years and can be a tough sell. Right away she felt very at ease with Andrew and his approach and advise on our situation. Between the financial aspect and the right truck he helped us to make our decision. We purchased a new GMC Sierra. From the moment I walked on the lot to the moment I am writing this review did I ever feel that tinge in the back of my mind that Was this the right decision? I can honestly say that has not been the case with the ten or so new car purchases that I have made in my lifetime. There was always some cause for pause some where in the process. First Time Buyers

This was our first time purchasing a brand new vehicle. We were looking through the lot and had an good idea of what we wanted in our new truck. Steven A. Buford noticed we were checking out the trucks and made his way over to come assist us in searching the inventory. He pleasantly guided us in the direction of what we were looking for and gave us our space to look around. He made finding the selection of diesel trucks easy and was very well knowledged about each truck he showed us. He was very friendly and easy going with a good sense of humor. He took his time to explain to us what special features each truck had based on the models and what special pricing offers each truck had which had been marked down. After looking though the different trucks we found one that suited all our needs. Steven took his time to show us all the features that truck had and how each button operated with its special function. Steven took his time and explained to us how it all worked. Once we were satisfied with the truck he wasted no time grabbing the keys so we could take it for a drive. Needless to say it was a great truck and exactly what we wanted. Being that this was our first time being a new vehicle. This truly was a Quality Experience and Steven made it that way. We would recommend anyone else to go stop by and see what they can do for you. my sales representative Steven was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles, he made the test drives stress free and had the next vehicle ready as soon as we got back. outstanding service during the purchase process and Steven came in on his day off to complete the transaction. very helpful to have someone there to show all features that are in the vehicle and set up XM radio and OnStar. overall experience was very quick and enjoyable.

We found a 2016 Buick Encore and our CSR Marty Sullivan handled the transaction wonderfully. All available payment options were presented to us along with any incentives on the vehicle. We were able to make an informed decision based on the information we received from Marty. He was very courteous and professiona, but at the same time he understands what customer service is and I find that important, having been a sales representative myself for thirty years. Marty is a fine asset to Quality Buick and we would highly recommend anyone to look him up if they are interested in purchasing a Buick from Quality. Good experience, knowledgeable staff

All in all a good used truck buying experience. I love the give and take of bargaining and we had a good one! The only issue was when it was time for finance. As usual there was only one officer there (she was really great) and it took almost TWO HOURS to get down to business. Once in there we were done in 15 minutes.

I was so pleased with my 2016 canyon I just bought at Quality Buick GMC in abq. Nm. My sales man Marty S. was awesome and gave me a deal that I can afford. Sales manger was very helpful as well. I wouldn't have got this good of deal if I went anywhere else. Thank you Quality for the Quality of service I received at your family owned dealership. I will recommend more of my family to Quality.

I knew I wanted a Buick verano, but that's all I knew I was confronted by someone right away you showed me a couple hours and then then when I found the one I thought I wanted that's when Lee Mcguire came over he told me about the car the best deal they could give me and what it all entails and so forth the whole time he was always checking in with me letting me know where we're at what we're doing what was coming next how long I need to be there xcetera is very personal I use my first name talk to me about what I needed out of the car and make sure that I got it I was very happy with my whole experience and Lee McGuire made it very good experience 2

Shopping for a new car can be extraordinarily stressful, particularly with the pressure many dealerships put on potential buyers. Our experience at Quality with Marty Sullivan was, quite honestly, a "breath of fresh air". Marty has years of experience with the company; he is knowledgeable, professional and, perhaps most importantly, patient. He made a potentially stressful buying experience into a pleasure. BTW, we love our new Buick Regal!

Treated Extremely Well

I have been treated with courtesy and precision by the sales staff at Quality...any question I had was answered promptly and with full information. I never got the feeling I was being ' managed ' or ' handled '...unlike the shabby sales techniques I experienced at several other local agencies. Though I have not had the vehicle serviced yet I was introduced to the service manager& staff who answered my questions about non-GM filters with impressive frank-ness and Very informed good sense. I was very pleasantly surprised & I intend to have the Quality service department keep my Acadia in good running order. I believe the Quality Agencies take their name seriously. I have recommended this organization to several friends who are now vehicle shopping, and will surely return to Quality first for my future purchases. This is my second purchase from The Quality Agency...it will not be my last
