I was greeted quickly and my concerns addressed. The staff is very knowledgeable and I got to meet the 7 core technicians. All factory trained and Certified. I enjoyed the tour and interaction. Great experience.

Damaged car after service

My car was serviced for a check engine light. They had my suv for 5 full days to replace a sensor. When I got it back there is a huge dent with black/grey paint transfer on the passenger side door. No apologies no offer to fix. Just an oh well it happens for a response. I would not recommend them for service or purchase because if you purchase from them you have to use their service department since there are no other dealers in the Albuquerque area.

Andrew was very professional and courteous throughout the process . I drove in and he was already walking out to greet me. My vehicle was serviced promptly and upon my pickup clean and ready to go. Thank you for excellent service from start to finish.

Car shopping with Peter and Danny

My Wife and I went into Land Rover Jaguar of Albuquerque on a Saturday looking at vehicles. We had excellent customer service from Peter Stokes and Danny Brink as they guided us through all our options from buying new/used and leasing. I was particularly impressed with their desire to understand our position and what was best for my wife and I at the time. After a couple test drives, lunch, and another dealership check(where the sales members treated us like a number versus a person), we returned to Peter and Danny and came to the perfect terms for us to lease a vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone that has ever seen a Land Rover or Jaguar catch their eye to stop buy and give these gentlemen the opportuniy to make your dream of one of these vehicles a reality. Day weâll spent to make my wife happy and find an option within our budget!!
