Poor Communication

We consistently get no communication from the service staff, my vehicle has been in the shop since June for the same repair. When we call to get any updates we get no answer from any of the lines or the service tech assigned to the job is never there to answer questions . We have asked to speak to the service manager and they never answer the call. We leave messages on their answering machines and don’t get any call backs. The text message service is no help either. There needs to be some Custer service training implemented on call back or at least specific information on updates to a vehicle your team is servicing. I would appreciate any feedback at all. It’s very upsetting when a vehicle you purchased is not in your driveway but in the service shop longer than you had it yourself.

Buying a Chevy Colorado right now is painful, dealers are not able to get enough stock, yet Reliable got me just the Colorado I wanted.

No Time for a Major Warranty Repair

I purchased a ‘22 C8 Corvette, paying $15K over MSRP (>$100K) in Jan ‘22 from Reliable Chev. After 1800 mi, I got a warning light “Seek Service Immediately”. Two days later, the Dealer informed me that GM said the entire transmission needed to be replaced. They also said that I needed to find another dealer to do it because they were backed-up. No one offered to arrange the service elsewhere or to even make a phone call on my behalf…just “Go Somewhere Else”! Fortunately, I found a Chevrolet dealer that actually cared. I will never go back to “Reliable Chevrolet”.

Not going there again

At first online does have a price which was going to be perfect to hit my payment compared to the F150 2.7ltr at $51,000 and some change. So I took a day off work to be there at my 8:30 am appointment. and then when you go to the dealer there is a big surprise with the protection package and adds almost $3,000 dollars, which almost all that is done cheaper afterwards i mean really they only put the door handle protectors only on the two front doors, really. So that put the truck just a tad higher than the Ford. It was the surprise part that got me when the sales person showed me right before the test drive that additional cost which started the frustration, knowing now this will be difficult. While I was waiting for an offer on my 2022 Jeep I was looking at the truck and realize that the driver side door on the inside had a huge deep scratch like 8 inches long on the panel. That should have been found before I even started anything. I mean they had the truck sitting up front waiting for my appointment. So now I have to wait for it to come in and then have it installed and miss a little more time from work. Also to mention the front windows were not tinted and also have to have that done as well. Are they supposed to be done also before sale?? Do they not look over the vehicle prior to appointments?? After all that and all the back and forth which is expected WE MADE A DEAL that I went in and singed and all paperwork done, just to find out after a full day and a half I got a call that not to worry but they wanted a co signer. I should have had that all up front. Then Danny called and said we have the deal done to come in and sign. Well I went in and guess what, he wanted me to sign at a payment that was now $15.00 higher, of course I said no. I was already irritated that this is day 3 or 4 of having the truck and told Danny to just give my trade back. He did get a little attitude and said "Really, its only $15.00." I said "yeah its fine not like my jeep is old or anything it is also new." and then he said, " Fine we made a deal and I am eating enough already I will get it to the $590 or whatever it was." That was crap so I started calling back my ford dealer to set up with them, even though I wanted the chevy more, them at ford seemed to be better at the sales point and were fully willing to meet and beat this deal. After like an hour or so again this was just irritating and I told him fine if you can keep it at the $588 I will stay here. Funny the next day they had it done at the original deal real quick. The other thing is that upon signing the programs are a little shabby as far as extras. Just for oil changes she reduced it like 3 or 4 times even down to like 30 dollars a month just for services. I can do my own or even get it done cheaper than 360 dollars a year, that is crazy, most dealers have like for or five at least included. I just traded my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and I had upped my warranty for drive train to 8yr and 80,000. Also had the scratch and dent thing for 3 years and tires for a year, all for like 10 or 13 dollars a month. so what you all offer really is garbage. I'm not one to usually complain or let alone do a survey. This was the most frustrating and worst dealer experience I've had and I have bought a lot of cars at this point, like I said I took time off work and was there for almost 7hrs just for the first time there. I will not be back again to this dealership.

Car Maintenance Check

I dropped my car off for its 45,000 mile maintenance check. I told the agent checking me in Vacente that my car seems to be making a low rattling noise and can they check it out. That was all that was a concern. I picked the car up and asked what was the rattling and they said it was never added to the order however; they asked me about what the noise was without checking it themselves. I asked the technician to check it before I left and he got under the car and moved around my exhaust and said it maybe a blown gasket. I asked if this would impede me driving it until they can get the car in and I was told no it is fine. It is just some air escaping. I drove off and it was much louder than it was before I brought the car in. I drove it home about 5 miles away. The next day I got into my car the check engine light is now on and the car sounds like it s going to explode. Then I checked under the hood. My fluid levels are low and was not topped off during the maintenance check which is another issues. I was forced to now get a rental car because of Reliable doing a horrible job on my car and making it worst than what is was before I brought it into service. This company is costing me more than I would have originally paid if you would have just done the job right. I forgot to add you did a tire rotation and did not put air in the tires they were also low and in red. I am bringing my car back into reliable today 4.17.23. I would ask that you work on my car immediately so that I can use my car. This is the poorest service I have gotten and I have gotten pretty bad service here. Last time I brought my car in for the shift I got the car back and none of the light were connected. The service department really needs a revamping. I have brought several cars from Reliable and will be moving my business to another dealership if this does not improve.

Reliable chevrolet

Services at Reliable chevrolet in Albuquerque is terrible, they dont have good communication with customer also for only maintance ( oíl change and tire Rotation) on tahoe they took 2 Weeks when they promised in 2 days. The one of excuses was because they were short in Technicians and also the quote that they gave me was for $259.00 and ending paying $659 Customer Service was terrible.

Trailboss purchase

Sales person was very professional and came through on every promise. The salesman followed up several weeks later after we spoke for the first time to let me know A vehicle of interest was in for me to look at. Even though it wasn’t the trim we were looking for he took it upon himself to look at inventory to see if they were any available of our liking. We ended up getting a truck of our dreams down to the final signing everything was professional and on time.

Attention To Detail

When I picked up my truck after the oil change the service advisor walked me to the vehicle, opened the hood & pulled the dipstick to show me that the oil was fresh/filled. She also pointed out the washer fluid had been topped off & showed me that my oil life reminder was reset. Never had anyone do that for me! Very impressive!!

Very Satisfied

I was very happy with my recent visit to the service department at Reliable Chevrolet on Coors in Albuquerque. My battery in my Silverado began to fail at 4+ years and I needed it replaced at once because it is my work vehicle. The service tech got me right in and even got me a ride to the Mall where I had lunch while waiting. The repair was done and they also did two software recalls in the two hours. Thanks.

Service Dept Review

Scheduled online, which was quick and convenient. Showed up to appointment 10 minutes early. There was no wait, and service was outstanding. Everyone was eager to assist. Wait time was as told. The sales rep I bought my truck from was informed I was waiting in the lobby and came over to speak to me. I bought the truck 6 months ago, so I wasn’t expecting the visit. It was a very nice gesture. The whole staff goes the same extra mile. Highly recommend!
