I love this dealership. They have a great sales and service staff that is very helpful and eager please. Not all dealerships are the same and I recommend giving Toyota of Vineland an opportunity before making a purchase elsewhere.

I purchased my new RAV4 from Toyota of Vineland in November of 2018 and the sales staff here is nothing short of amazing. Very knowledgeable and they handle their customers well. it gave me piece of mind that they are a 19 time Toyota Presidents Award Winner. I have already referred many customers based on my experience.

I have been shopping around for 2 months for a car,I been to several dealerships! I walked into this dealership by mistake thinking it was another dealer that had given me a quote online.....Im so happy I stayed and listen to what they had to offer.....Im the MOST difficult customer there is and I came prepared with all my #'s and quotes from other places knowing my stuff ahead time.They were not pushy sales people...they treat you like you are entering there home!My 5yr who has NO patience at all didnt even complain once the hole time I was there....3 1/2 hours.That can tell you what a relaxed envirement it is! I cant say enough about this staff,from Jerry the unbelievable service Felix went far and behond to keep me in my price range.....And of course the humor of Toby and your complete honesty Im truley greatful for.I hope to buy several cars in the future from you. They do not honor the quoted prices. Waste of time. Very low inventory.

I sent email request for pricing on a 2009 Corolla LE. I was contacted via phone and e-mail by the Internet representative Rahila Ul-Haq. I sent her the quote I got from another dealer and she replied by email and phone that they could beat the price. I drove about 80 miles to rural Vineland after initial appointment. But once I got to the dealership the named Rahila tried to sell me another car (with sunroof, and different color), $2000 more expensive. When I asked her for the car that I wanted (silver, automatic), they didnt have it. They only had tan and red. And they quoted it 10% above the competitor price!! To make a long story short they never had any intention of selling the vehicle below the competitor price. They are dishonest. They will not honor their own email representatives or the prices they quote, stay away from this dealership. And they have very low inventory!! They only have the cars and colors that the others dealers reject.
