Don't go there! You will regret it.

by SS3rd on 07/12/2015

I went there to look at the new Murano SV. They tried to sell me models I was not interested in. When they learnt I wanted to pay cash for my purchase, the wanted to increase the price they quoted me. Th sales person I met was arrogant and rude. I will never go there again and I may even take Nissan off my list because of this awful experience.

Very friendly, funny, and no hassle

My lease on my Honda van was coming up soon and I kept getting letters from all over telling me to come in and I could turn in my lease early and get a new car. After heading back to Honda first, they advised I had negative $1000 on my van because I still had 3 payments left. What happened to turning it in early? Either way I didn't need a New car and certainly wasn't going to settle. I went a few other places and then decided to come to Nissan. Because I didn't have to get a new car, I didn't want to mess around and I immediately advised that I was just trying to see if someone could beat the best price per month I had received so far with an SUV with a 3rd row seat and if I liked the price, I had the cash that day for a down payment and would drive off with a new car. I was expecting hassle and for them to come in with a few dollars less than my current best offer. To my surprise they came down $20 -$30 lower per month right off the bat and even worked with me to get the features I wanted in my new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder S at the same price. I love my new car and am excited to go back to have my Bluetooth and backup camera installed ASAP. Pierce the salesman was nice and patient as I had my wife meet up later to test drive and I ran out to watch the kids. I had a lot of concern with the Bluetooth being installed after the fact and not preinstalled, but he called someone who was off duty just to make sure it was going to be a system I was satisfied with. The manager Anthony was the most friendly cardealer manager I have ever met. The fact that they came in with a strong starting offer really resonated with me. Anthony was even able to joke around and make me laugh. Nick the finance guy and I even shared some laughs. Not only did I come away with a car that I love, I actually enjoyed every minute that I spent in the dealership. I would definitely come back here first for my next car and would recommend that you give Nissan of Turnersville a shot and if you can get the Trifecta of Pierce, Anthony, and Nick you will not be disappointed.

Entire process was horrible

by Budwalker34 on 01/13/2015

Bought a car for $15,000 with broken sunroof that was $5000 to fix. Was told that I broke it, and that I shouldn't have opened a sunroof during the winter. A BMW X5 is a great automobile when it is in working condition. I couldn't have my old truck back and dissolve the deal, and I had to buy a car off of their lot. All true 1/12/2014. Very sad. They did fix the sunroof but it was not totally functional. So in essence the sunroof could have stopped working at any time and cost me $5000 to fix. They also would not give me a warrantee for the sunroof! Never talked to the sales manager but was told I talked to two sales managers. They just kept sending guys towards me to try to put out the fire. Was not allowed to talk to the general manager and was told that the guy that ended up finishing my deal was The person who you talk to so that the general manager does not have to. I am satisfied with the deal I ended up getting but I had no choice but to find a car I liked the most on their lot not a car that I actually wanted. Upset my wife and she hates the car I bought but I had to pick something off their lot. I feel bad writing this review but 15K is alot of money but not to them obviously.

Never Again

by amc9 on 05/06/2014

My fiancé and I went to Nissan in Turnersville to look at a car we had taken an interest in on their website. When we arrived, our salesman told us he “couldn’t find the car”. This wasn’t a big deal to us, since we were in no rush, and we realize that things happen sometimes. He drove us around the auto mall looking at other cars, and searching for the Altima we initially wanted to see. After about 30 minutes, we were told the car was located, but that we wouldn’t want to the car. Not sure why he said that, or what he meant by it since it was a certified pre-owned vehicle, but we let it go and continued our search. We were very honest from the beginning about where we wanted our payments to be. We also said we were open to both buying and leasing. After we told him that we financed through our credit union, a guy named Mike came to insist he could get us a better rate. We didn’t want another rate, but it didn’t seem like there was much of an option if we wanted this car. We also were told we wouldn’t get the “rebate” through Nissan if we didn’t finance through them, meaning the car would be an extra $5,000. This should have been our cue to leave immediately, but we waited to see what he had to say. After Mike ran some numbers, he came back and told us our payment would be $75 over where we wanted to be. So, not only was our money not good enough for them, but they are showing us cars that were completely out of our price range. Fed up, and getting ready to leave, he told us about a 2013 with 13,000 miles that would be closer to what we were willing to spend. Unimpressed and feeling taken advantage of, we decided to take our business elsewhere. It didn’t seem like this dealership was out for our best interest by any means. I felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured during most of my experience. We went to another local dealership and purchased a Nissan Maxima from there. We are very pleased with this purchase and had a much more pleasant experience than at Nissan of Turnersville. There was no pressure, no issues, no confusion, and no argument when we told them we weren’t financing through them. I will be sure to spread the word when asked where we got our Nissan.

Sales Team Took Advantage of Female Buyer

by njrealcarbuyer on 04/28/2012

The jury is still out on this one. The wife and I are going in to talk to the GM in the AM. She has a VPP number-- that is her sister is a Nissan Employee. You would think they would take care of one of their own. She is entitled to a below dealer cost price which Nissan refunds to the dealership along with a percentage of profit. They LIED to her and told her that their "internet deal" was lower. She should have driven out with her new car and appropriate 60 month payments. They zapped her for over $4000 and made it look OK by running the payments for 72 months. She bought here before, serviced her car here loyally during it's entire ownership. They also abused her on a fair trade in value. If they refuse to unwind this deal just 24 hours later I will tell you the rest of the reasons no woman should ever trust them again! If they are cooperative I will let you know that as well. Another scam of theirs-- all our cars already have Lojack installed... so whether you want it or not you're gonna pay $695 for it. Our big insurance savings: $1!
