I financed a 2009 Mercesdes Benz CLS. The vehicle not only failed the NJ Ispection it needs repairs that total about $10,000. I tried to worked with this dealership to make the repairs and it was the worst experience ever. And the dealership illegally had someone pass the inspection and place new inspection sticker while the vehicle has the engine light on. I have been in contact with the dealership and the Financial institution. The mechanic replace the head gasket with a used one and if the engine light did not go off to bring it back to then replaced it with a new one. All contact has failed after I was told by the mechanic that they will call me back to bring the vehicle to get it fix right way. The worst part is owning and financing a vehicle that is a lemon. Do not get fooled by this dealership do not let them fooled you. Go to a reputable dealership. I have proof of text emails paperwork from both my mechanic and Mercedes Benz mechanic. Also the dealership nor the mechanic never provided me with proof of any work done I’m going by what the owner Fernando, Cesar and the mechanic told me. Do not buy any vehicle from this dealership.
