I visited Elite Acura on January 5 to obtain my 3rd RDX lease. Scott Goldberg was my Salesman. During my visit I had a very positive experience. I love the layout of the property in the sales area and the service area. It is a very comfortable environment. You are always greeted by the manager which I love. Of course I love my RDX which has a number of standard additions for 2024 on the base model. They worked with me to keep my payment in a manageable range that was best for me. Scott is an exceptional sales person. I left Elite a very satisfied customer.

Oil change/brake fluid

I came in for an oil change and was in and out (1 1/2 hrs). This included a recommendation to change brake fluid. The reps at Elite Acura are always pretty friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Kameelah was GREAT

When I first walked in through the service station I initially made eye contact with Kameelah and she said, “hello.” A sales man interrupted our exchange and walked write in the middle of it and said, “hello, I’ll be with you as soon as I get back.” I was stunned at such a rude cut throat antic. Kameelah was very professional and said, “I will tag your car while you wait.” I followed her out and asked her a few questions about my coupon and the service I would be receiving. She answered all my questions with a smile. I also let her know that I saw what her coworker did. When I walked back in, I looked at the salesman who was rude and said, “Kameelah is taking care of me.” The salesman said, “yes, she is helping me today.” He was very delusional and so out of touch that he didn’t know he was out of line. He definitely needs customer service training. Kameelah checked my car in, kept me abreast of what was going on, and got me out quickly. I appreciated her patience and resilience while dealing with a rude coworker.

Poor communication, repeated missed deadlines, and awful organization.

Firstly let me premise that the quality of the work done and the price was good. They matched another dealerships price to install accessories that were several $$ cheaper. The tech who did the installs appears to have done a great job. With that out of the way, first I brought the car in for service because my coolant reservoir was defective on my brand new car. They said it was backordered for 2 weeks and that the car wasn't safe to drive, but they didn't have any loaner cars so they said take it home but don't drive it. This was the first major grievance. A week later I was finally given a loaner. On the day before I the expected date of my car I called for an update after not hearing anything. This is the next issue. They literally couldn't confirm if the part was even ordered let alone when it would be in. I then asked about the accessories I ordered and they said 2 of the 3 were in, but that they weren't sure which one was missing and weren't sure when it was coming. The next day I got an automated text my car was done service. No one called me to tell me it was done or that the part had even come in. I called in for clarification and they said the car was done. I get there and car is sitting outside with none of the accessories installed that were supposed to be. They said oh crap sorry and we will get it done before end of day. End of day comes nothings been done. Then they said that the tech is off for the weekend so it will be done Monday. Monday comes and no update. I call multiple times and just get runaround. Then finally at like 430 they tell me it'll be done tonight so I head over and they're like yeah no we need until tomorrow when it is finally done and ready. Throughout the entire process communication has been awful. Simple yes or no questions not answered, 0 follow up or follow through oland promises broken repeatedly. I had to repeatedly show up just to get answers that were deeper than I don't know or we aren't sure.

I brought my car in for some brake issues. They were addressed immediately. The tech went over and beyond to make sure everything was good under my hood also. Ryan C was the advisor I had, he made sure I was in the loop through all this.
