Very pleasant. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Jim Curley. No bull. Everything is up front and the owner is approachable. You will find him in the showroom or service area checking on customers needs. The sales person, Cynthia is very professional and knows her stuff.

Gwen Gainfort is the best salesperson. She was so patient with me in buying a used car. My car was totaled so I had no choice but to get another vehicle. I was very happy with the service I received. The car was immaculate and almost like new. The detailing guys are great.

My experience at The Jim Curley GMC dealership was exceptional. I felt that they met all my expectations dealing with the process of selling me my new GMC Terrain. Gwen Gainfort was a great salesperson. This is the fifth vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership and if they didn't make my buying experience satisfactory I would not go back every time I decided to purchased a new vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about my salesperson Cynthia R. She puts most salesmen to shame! She made our car buying experience for our 2014 Arcadia Denali very enjoyable as much as I hate car shopping. I walked in there with the dreaded attitude, but she actually made me like it! She was informative and extremely professional as well as the Managers and other staff. They show what real customer service is all about. We liked this woman so much my husband went back a week later and got a truck. Thank you so much for bringing us into your GMC family. We will definetly be back and referred many of our friends to this dealership.

I WOULD NOT recommend any Jim Curley dealership to any one, even my worst enemy. They talk a wonderful game but in reality they are the stereo typical "snake oil" salespeople and dealerships. We took a test drive that lasted at least 15 minutes with no issues. Two hours later after the deal was signed and done, we were ready to leave but now the check engine lights (2 of them) light up. Have to wonder if the system was disconnected for the test drive and only after they "clean" the car up and get it ready for us, that the lights go on. Brought our "new" car back into the dealership the next day as per our salesman's instructions and it was fixed and got it back. ONLY TOOK 5 DAYS TO BE FIXED! Now stuck with a car that needed major engine repair and no one at the dealership could care less. Throughout the 5 days that it was being repaired, numerous phone calls to the salesman, managers, etc, yielded nothing but BS and actually went to the dealership and was asked to leave. SHAME ON YOU JIM CURLEY!!! Also, don't go for the internet ad about a $25.00 gift card for a test ride. Doesn't happen and we took 3 different test drives.

My experience with Salesman Michael M. at the Jim Curley GMC dealer was an extremely enjoyable one to say the least. I found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable and affable. I decided to visit Jim Curley after having visited a Buick Dealership in Suffolk County, NY; where my husband and I were not even afforded an opportunity to test drive a vehicle. Five minutes after arriving at the Jim Curley Dealership in Lakewood, NJ, Mike handed me the keys to two vehicles that interested me to test drive. Mike's friendly demeanor convinced me to lease my new Buick from Jim Curley.

I had been shopping for a car for a few weeks. I had taken about 7 cars for test rides and was so exhausted from the usual car buying run around. We all know it, the sales man disappears behide a closed door and you sit waiting forever for the games to begin. None of this occurred at Jim Curleys. My sales man Mike was awesome as was Anthony. I moved to Manchester recently and wanted to replace my 2008 Buick Lacrosse with a Verano. I visited Jim Curley Buick/GMC. I checked out their inventory a couple of times and eventually met with Sales Associate Mike M. I explained in detail exactly what I wanted. Mike listened without interrupting me.He showed me the cars that met my criteria and offered to take me on a test drive. I was very impressed with the Verano. We negotiated the price and closed the deal I was extremely satisfied with the whole process which was conducted in a very professional but courteous manner.

We where out for Ride on Saturday and stopped to look at the Jeep Wrangler that Jim Curley GMC had on their lot. We checked it out and went in for salesman , we meet Michael M. our salesman. Mike was outstanding to deal with . No pressure at all very nice person and such a pleasure to deal with! I just purchased a new 2014 Acadia from Chris C. I had a vehicle that I needed to get out of and between Chris, Anthony and Bobby, not only was I able to get out of my old car, but I was able to get into the car I needed and wanted. The entire process was professional and they were all doing what they could to ge me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted. No back and forth nonsense like you'd receive from other dealerships. My wife and I went to Jim Curley Kia looking for a used van, but ended up buying a new one. Our salesman Rocco was very friendly and honest, and John, the sales manager worked hard to get us a price we wanted. I have purchased more than a few cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences yet. They were conscious of our time, and prepped the car while we signed papers. We went back two days later to finish the loan papers, and Jim (the Finance Manager) told us it was going to cost us $500 LESS! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Cynthia Rothschild was an absolute professional and a pleasure to deal with. She is the antithesis of the “used car salesman” stereotype and I would absolutely recommend her to my family and friends. Also worth mentioning was Anthony the finance guy who processed my paperwork in a clear and concise (and quick!) manner. A great experience from start to finish.
