I recently wrote a negative review on this dealership and must say my views have drastically changed. The dealership went above and beyond to correct the issues I had. They took their time to ensure everything was corrected and kept me informed along the way. I had the pleasure of dealing with Frank and cannot say enough about him. Excellent customer service! Great place to go and would recommend to everyone in the market for a vehicle!

The staff members were very friendly, not at all aggressive. Fair prices. Assisted in locating the best vehicle fit based on what I was looking for. Our salesperson (Dhillon) provided great advise. Barry, too, was very informative when completing final paperwork. I would highly recommend this location to purchase a new vehicle.

Great Experience

There was no pressure. We were made to feel very comfortable with our Sales person (Bob M.). We had trust and faith in him and felt he was truly working for our benefit. He went way out of his way to accommodate our needs. Sincerity was evident from the beginning. We would highly recommend Sport Hyundai (Bob) to our friends. We know they would get a fair deal.

My New Accent

I got to test drive a similar Accent that I liked. I had Vince G. help me through the emotional process of buying a new Hyundai Accent GLS. My old car, a Toyota Tercel, was 16 years old! I love the features of the new car. I like that Vince worked with me on the price of the vehicle to make it affordable. He went over the car even after the dealership had closed for the night on a Saturday. He went over the books with me and told me about the service department. He was very kind, understanding and personable. Vince followed through. He called today to see how I was liking my new Accent, I responded by saying, I am loving it! Even though the Accent GlS took 3 weeks to arrive, it is the Clearwater Blue and beige interior that I wanted. Perhaps a raise is in store for him dealing with me and many other customers.

My experience at Sport Hyundai Dodge exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, especially Jeff G. and Bill W. who helped me through my purchase. They both kept the process in buying a new vehicle fast and easy, and they always communicated with me which was a huge plus because I've had issues with other car dealerships who would not keep me totally informed. I will be returning when the time comes for another vehicle at Sport Hyundai Dodge becaus I don't think I could get better service anywhere else!
