My car purchase experience at Fette Ford was the best. Adam was friendly & courteous. He provided excellent service. On the test drive he was throughout in explaining the many features the car had. During the sales process he was straight to the point, at no point did I feel pressured. Every person I encountered at Fette was also friendly & professional.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Where do we begin.. Non-existent car, non-existent part, or non-existent customer service? 1 year ago, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from this dealer and it has been a huge mistake. Initially, I liked driving my new car, until I had an adaptive steering wheel fault error message pop up, which resulted in throttle loss and almost caused me to crash the vehicle with my pregnant girlfriend and friend inside. Mind you, the car only has 5000 miles at this time. It only gets worse upon bringing the car into the dealer. Here i was met by an unfriendly service writer, who was horrible at contacting me back to give any information on my vehicle (until i contacted a corporate customer service manager). I hate doing it but I had to call them and hunt them down every other day just to find out about the car. Well, here's the next problem. Nothing was being done!!! Apparently they lie to customers because the part went from being in transit the first week to being delayed the second week and the third week it just totally fell off of the face of the earth and is now back ordered (c'mon ford..) . Come to find out they do not provide courtesy cars. Two weeks in they give me a shoddy hertz rental (which I have to pay $15 a day on?!?) after demanding one. Keeping the story short, it has been a month since I dropped my vehicle off and there's still no part, no car, no nothing. This is a brand new car I put a lump sum of down payment on and have a monthly payment to give. Do they care? I think not, however let one of us miss a monthly payment because we can't get to work and see how they treat you. I have even contacted corporate and well let's just say that hasn't gotten me far. This whole thing rubbed me the wrong way and I can't wait to get out of this whole ordeal. It's a shame people have to go through something like this. I have honestly been way more patient than most people would have been. This whole experience has been horrible from the beginning and it hasn't even ended. Enough is enough. Please do yourself a favor and put in some research on better dealers. I will never deal with Ford or this dealership again!!!

Car salesmen have shady reputations and Fette Ford car salesmen and management live up to and define that unfortunate status. Online, the prices may seem great, but in person, you will get a typical, make-you-wait, I'll check with my boss, not-so-bright, salesperson. I ended up leasing from them because I had to get it done, but PLEASE take heed and go to Maplecrest or Verner Cadby instead. Calling Fette Ford with a question about your car or account is like calling Verizon. You will wait endlessly and in the end, rarely get an answer. You will often get switched from person to person, but no one will know the answer. You will leave lots of messages, but they won't be answered - and this is for simple questions. Service is the same thing. They tout their service, but, in the end, its expensive and they don't fix what you needed them to. You will stand around as they proudly show you their computers and apps, but that does not fix your car. This dealership will waste days of your life and lots of your money. Don't buy or lease there.

Another great experience at Fette Ford. Needed a new car. Made an appointment and had my car in less then 3 hours. Everyone is very helpful and care about their customers. I will be returning when I need to purchase my next car.

Clay made buying a car so easy and fast. He made an experience that we all hate...smooth and laid back. Trust me the next car I buy will be with him. He worked with us and got us the deal we were looking for. Friendly and easy to talk to No back and forth to the wizard!! See Clay if you want to be in and out and have a fun time at it. The most annoying thing is when sales people try to rush you. Adam Horowytz had the patience to answer all my questions, and didn't rush me at all. He took the time to make sure i was happy with my purchase. I recommend to go see him if you need to buy a car.

Today while getting an oil change on my Ford Explorer Limited I went to look at a new F150 took it for a test drive nice truck. They ran the numbers all the rebates I'm ready to sign BUT after I add up all the numbers I'm not seeing the savings What's even sadder is that they did the same thing to me two years ago! I ended up buying my explorer in Connecticut That's not good business ethics!! So buyers beware of FETTE Fords business ethics ! Please don't Delete!Thank you!

We bought a 2015 Ford Edge at Fette in Clifton this past April. Our salesman, Ed Hanrahan, was great. He was not pushy at all, showed us what we wanted, and we bought the car that day. I had to return for a couple minor items to take care of and he was there to help as soon as I got there. No long wait and he was very helpful. I would highly recommend buying at Fette as we had a very good experience and are happy with our purchase.

Kevin and Zak were so wonderful to work with (not to mention all of the other employees I interacted with) while at the dealership! I visited another dealership and they weren't helpful or friendly. Additionally, they quoted me a ridiculous number. The guys at Fette really worked to help me stay within my budget!

I always been in love with the brand Ford. I was driving a 1998 ford expedition and I wanted to get a new car and of course I wanted a Ford. I talked to my dad to guide me to get a new car. We went to fette ford and actually they guide us to get a new car. George Bello our sales consultant was very professional. He told us everything we needed to know. Also Anthony Grecco. I am glad they helped us and George had so much patience specially since my dad was asking too many questions. Thanks to fette ford I walked out with a new car and thanks to George once again he made my experience be one of a kind!!! Thank You.

The Help of Omar

This is kind of a long story but purchasing at Fette deserves this long review. My wife and I are expecting our 4th child in 1 month and currently we have a small sedan. We happened to go to Fette Ford in February and met with Omar to get into an SUV. We were not in a rush back then so we decided to way off the purchase. We left Fette with the best experience even though we did not purchase and Omar was fantastic. His impression lasted with us, so last week I contacted him to get into an SUV urgently. Omar remembered us even though it has been a while. He worked so hard finding the right vehicle for us all over the phone without us stepping foot in the dealership. After a whole week of trying different cars, we landed on one. The car is all cleaned and paperwork is all ready for us to go in sign and drive. We can not wait to go in and get our SUV! Thank you Omar for making it so easy, smooth, and making us feel like family. I recommend Fette Ford to all my neighbors friends and family. Go see Omar at Fette.
