Waste of Time

I brought my car in because when it is very cold in the morning, I get rubbing noises from the steering column. Once the car gets warm, the noise goes away. I knew they were going to tell me they couldn't find a thing. I wasn't disappointed. The next day the noise was back.

I would highly recommend Billy at Lynne’s Hyundai in Bloomfield. Billy was very professional and displayed patience when I asked questions regarding the differences in vehicles. I felt that he listened to my needs and did his very best to address them. Beyond Billy, I wish the process in dealing with management was easier as I would have much preferred to move through the leasing process without all the haggling. I have been driving Hyundai vehicles for 12 years and have enjoyed all of them. Well made and reliable .

I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. They made it happen for me to get the vehicle I wanted. Never a disappointment. Best dealership around. Awful dealership

George Chen sold me a broken car that took me a full week of phone calls to anyone and everyone at the dealership for anybody to make right. Once I finally got the car fixed I received a monthly bill for the car I had traded in and after multiple emails and phone calls and messages I have still not heard back. The women who answer the phone pay no attention and half the time leave you on hold or connect you to the wrong department, this salesman did absolutely nothing for me the second after I bought the car, I tried to reach the general manager multiple times with no success. Overall a very bad experience

What an amazing experience I had, with my new purchase. I was not having a good day with my previous older car and it was time for something, reliable for me and my baby girl. The salesman Dominic, listened to what I needed and wanted and took care of me and was very patient with me. The staff was amazing as well, they checked on me and I wasn’t in there that long, so was a plus for me.
