Not the best customer service
I waited a month before posting this, figuring I would give the dealership management time to reach out to me and at least apologize for the inconvenience they put me through. Im done holding my breath. Honestly, a phone call from management to discuss the issue would have made me happy and I would have moved on. But that call never came, which leads me to believe they dont care. My sales person was great. Nice guy, we were his first car sale. I wish it could have been a better experience for him too. We went on a Saturday night, picked out the Jeep we were going to buy, came to pricing and had my credit run. All set! Instructed to come back the next day at 12:30 to finalize the financing and take home the new Jeep. After waiting almost three hours for financing, I was about to walk. The manager that was there kept making excuses. I dont care that you were busy. You scheduled an appointment with me and didnt keep to that appointment, resulting in a wasted day. I will most likely not purchase another car here...and sadly, all it would have taken was a phone call. Maybe an Im sorry.
buying new car
worst experience buying a car I ever had.salesman couldn't get numbers and blamed the manager so i talked to a manager he was mad about that wanted to handle deal for me.this was a Tuesday asked me to wait till Thursday for trades and finalize deal as he put it to gather for me.talked to him and my salesman and was gonna go retest drive the vehicle while i waited told them at 8am and i would be there by 4.got a call at 3 and sold car on me and this is all after i just bought a car 5 days prior.the blame was put from my salesman to the manager and manager to salesman.we were gonna walk away but apologized said they would get another and get that night or morning and talked to my salesman at 9 the next morning said he would call me at 9:30 never heard called st 10 he replied busy call you later and never answered any questions and they never got a car till Friday night at 7 when they promised the world and did nothing.also called the manager Jim left 2 messages and never called me back.
Salesman Chris was excellent and knowledgeable about vehicle. Chris was clear and upfront about all aspects of the purchase and there was no back and forth about price and payment. Received a great deal with no pressure.
WRANGLER YEE HAW
Ava French was the best salesperson I've ever had. She made the process so fun and so easy. The best part was the test drive in a Wrangler up to MOUNT MELLO. The whole sales staff was so friendly and this is by far the best shopping experience I've ever had. I'm sending all my friends and family to Allen Mello! Go see Ava! YEE HAW I love my new Wrangler :)
Wonderful sales experience
I went to Allen Mello after a friend recommended them to me. I was told to ask for Ava French and she actually came out into the rain to greet me with a friendly smile. She was courteous, met all of our needs, didn't pressure us and made it a fun & easy car buying experience. Cheikh in the finance office made everything so smooth and got the whole family laughing. I would definitely do busniess here again. I'm proud to be part of the Allen Mello family!
I just wanted to start off by saying the sales team at Allen Mello are amazing! I came into lease a new Jeep Cherokee Andrew was extremely helpful went over the model options and help us with our new lease. Both manager Juan and finance manager Rich made this experience painless and fun. Will purchase here again!

Bottom line - embarrassing service provided to a young first time new car owner... the poor young man was literally screwed, and product quality not honored. How can a dealership service organization screw a customer like this on a brand new and very expensive truck. They have likely lost a Dodge fan for life, my son.
Excellent Car Shopping Experience !
The Allen Mello Dealership in Nashua NH, made my Jeep shopping experience an easy and comfortable one. Barry was my salesman and assisted me in purchasing a Cherokee Limited High Altitude Jeep. He was great, he had all the answers to my questions, and talked with me over a cup of coffee about all of the options available to me. I never felt pressured to hurry and buy or to overbuy! Once I had selected the vehicle and options for my new Jeep, the Sales Manager Shawnee, utilized every incentive available to offer me the best possible price. After agreeing on the price of the vehicle he then located and brought my vehicle to the dealership. Rich the Business Manager was also great, he assisted in finding me great financing and great pricing on extended warranty for my Jeep. All and All I have to say that purchasing my Jeep at Allen Mellow of Nashua was the best carhopping experience I have ever had! The whole team there really take the time make a customer comfortable and relaxed.
Extremely Happy with Allen Mello Chrysler
My name is Phil and I recently went to Allen Mello Chrysler in Nashua, NH to look for a car for my 16 year old son. I wanted a car that was used, low-mileage, sporty looking, fully featured with all-wheel drive. As soon as I pulled into the dealership and got out of my car, I was greeted by Jim Kacavas, the General Manager, who was standing outside the front door. After a very warm and extremely professional greeting, he introduced me to one of his salesman, Andrew Davis. I was immediately impressed with Andrew because of his professional demeanor and his approach to asking what kind of car that I was looking for. After letting him know my requirements, he took the time to walk me through the car lot and point out the various cars that met my requirements. I was most impressed with a blue 2016 Chrysler 200s. Andrew was perceptive enough to recognize that this was an important decision for me and given the fact that my sons life would be dependent on safe transportation, Andrew took the time to answer all the many questions that I had about the car. Andrew let me test drive the car until I was completely satisfied. There was a short punch list of some very minor issues that needed correction, but Andrew took note and his customer service team fixed the issues quickly. So, I bought the car. I must say that the 2016 Chrysler 200s is a shockingly awesome car! In my opinion, it drives as well as any BMW 3-Series. Needless to say, Im extremely happy with my purchase, but I digress back to Andrew what Andrew didnt know was that I had been a executive level salesman for over 30 years and, in a former life, I built engines for a drag racing team based in Ohio. So I know something about sales and cars. Im very pleased to say that all of Andrews answers to my questions were professional, on point and accurate. So, if you are looking for a great car, I strongly recommend that you check out the great folks at Allen Mello Chrysler, especially Jim and Andrew! In case you were wondering yes my son absolutely loves the car!!!
My Dodge Dart Issues
Hello, My name is Victoria. I would like to take the time to share my experience with The Allen Mello Dealership and The Chrysler Corporation. I began financing my 2014 Dodge Dart SXT in November of 2014. It had issues from the get go. Now keep in mind my car was an automatic. A few weeks after I drove it brand new off the lot it stalled out for the first time. At first I thought I t was something I did because I did not fully know the car yet. I let it and did not report it. That winter my touch screen ended up going out along with the rest of my controls for stereo and heat. I brought it to the dealership and they made the necessary repairs. All was well, however my car kept stalling out a random. I was told it was doing it for safety due to it being low on oil. Okay, whatever so I get oil changes sooner than I normally would with any other vehicle I have owned. Last summer it even had the issue of bad wiring for my headlights and my sockets melted. Well the dealership replaced the wiring and housing so it was all good. Last year I was also pregnant. I got my oil changed and everything was good until the Dart started stalling out 2000 miles before I needed another. So, the issue at hand was getting worse. This time is when I reported it to the dealership and dropped it off. When I went to pick up the car I was on my second day of being in labor with my son, mind you I was in labor for 4 days and just was not having it that week. The service guys I feel did not actually look for the problem they just said the wrong oil was used. I didnt believe that at all but was not in the mood to argue. Just wanted to get my car and go. This passed month has been an absolute nightmare. My car was stalling out at every turn. I called the dealership and made an appointment for a week later for an oil change and a diagnostics test hoping they would look for the problem this time. Well a few days later my car stalled out on the highway while I was going 70mph in the fast lane, the part that really sucks is the fact that you lose your power steering and breaks. Getting to the break down lane was a blast let me tell you. That night after I picked up my son I was at an intersection on a very busy street and my car stalled in front of an 18-wheeler. I had my 4-month old in the car with me at the time. Luckily, he was able to stop just in time. My car didnt even want to turn over. Took me 10 minutes to get it running again. Right when we got home I called the corporate office and they opened up a case file for me. I brought the car in the next day, 5 days before my appointment and got a rental. No way was I going to drive this death trap. I got a 2016 Chrysler 200c for a rental. It was basically the Dart on steroids, no lie. That day they advised that they did make head way and was able to stick a camera down my engine. They found scorch marks on my pistons. So they figured there was something wrong with my cylinder wall and my engine may need to be swapped. At this point the car only had 34k on it. Not even 3 years old yet. I called Chrysler corp. again that day and spoke to another representative explaining what I was told. I had also gone on a car complaint website and many people were reporting the same issue, but all getting told different things. I told the representative I did find all of this unacceptable. I work in customer care too so I did not want to yell or anything but did want my issues heard. He brought my case up to case management which is as high as they go (so they say). He said it will take 24 hours for someone to reach out to me. Totally fine my work is the same way. I did not hear anything 24 hours later and called back. The woman I spoke with advised me the request did not go through until 1am, which no one was even in the office. Suspected system issue so I let that go. Things happen and I have patience, although it was starting to wear thin at this point. I got a call from Allen Mello service the day after that (Thursday) and they said oil was leaking into my 3rd and 4th cylinders and they needed to replace my cylinder head. I was very skeptical after what I had read on the complaint website. Later on the case manager Gus left me a voicemail advising me of the same thing I was just told by the service department at the dealership. Now I was kind of aggravated. I left him a message then did not hear anything for 2 days. I left him 2 messages in total. Called Chrysler and the other rep I spoke with told me that she is bringing this to the attention of the whole team so I was sure to get a call back 24 hours later. I got a call saying my car was ready for pick up right after. The next day I went to go pick it up and drop the rental off. I told them I did not have the money and I was not going to pay for the rental as I should not have to. I wouldnt have needed a rental if this car did not have manufacturing issues like they said it did. They were going to charge me for the oil change on top of it. The service manager let me take my car back anyway even when they were not supposed to. It was not their call they just fix things as they said. Then got a phone call later that day from Susan. It was her first week in sales at Allen Mello. She was originally calling because I was on the list to offer $500 off a new vehicle, obviously $500 was not going to help me. The Dart was only worth $7k and I owed $13.5k. She looked deeper into the situation and called me back saying she was going to do everything she could to help me. I wanted to believe her but you can probably understand why I would be so unsure. Either way it made me feel a little better someone else was trying. We stayed in touch through the week. I got a call from Gus. He told me that he was clearing payment for the rental and I would get 4 oil changes a year for the next 4 years free of charge including tire rotation. Sue called me and we made an appointment. I test drove a Jeep Renegade. I felt much safer in it. I did not care what vehicle I was going to get I just wanted it to be safe. Sue and Nathan at Allen Mello did everything they could to make sure to buy back the Dart, make sure I did not have negative equity, make sure I did not have to put down cash on a new vehicle, and to put me in a vehicle that was safe and affordable. I am now driving a 2017 Jeep Compass. Thank you to those who actually listened and helped me get into a safe vehicle for my son and I. I will be forever grateful and I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle. I will personally make sure they deal with Sue and Nathan. They are fantastic! You could tell Sue really cared about the situation and actually wanted to help and not just get a sale or scoot me out the door like most sales people would. I am making sure to make a special call to the general manager as well.

Everyone at Allen Mello were extremely helpful when I recently purchased my first brand new car from Allen Mello, however Bob Curran really went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable with my decision every step of the way. This really made me feel that I was in good hands with my purchase and was dealing with a company that truly cares about their customer satisfaction. Thank you Bob! I am still loving my new car!!!!

Usually getting a car is no easy task but working with Bob Curran was easy and I felt good about the car I leased and came home with. A very professional man with a good heart, he made sure my vehicle came with the best safety features and options (remote lock and Bluetooth) because he cares more about the person and their perfect car match rather than just a rushed sale. Since I leased my Jeep almost 3 years ago, I have reached out to him with Jeep questions, possible trade in options, and advice about my next vehicle. He has replied to my emails very quickly and professionally and gone beyond his duties to calculate the best rates, research options to get me into a Wrangler with my current budget, and help me locate whatever car I am interested in even if it's not on their lot. I live in RI now but will be making the drive to Allen Mello dodge to see Bob Curran for future Jeep purchases thanks to the great service and bond we have made. Thanks Bob!

Went over yesterday to look at a new ram longhorn. My new jeep
I just purchased my first brand new vehicle from AllenMello last week! I have been thrilled. I love it so far and I don't see that changing. The whole experience of buying the car was made easy by Mr. Craig C. Craig explained every feature and outlined my options as well as helped me with a trade in vehicle. He created a stress free environment that you just don't get at other dealerships. He didn't stop until I had the exact jeep that I wanted. Great experience!
Awesome and Easy Purchase-Jeep Patriot 2012
My husband and I went to Allen Mello Dodge for help to buy a new car. We had already a designated budget and deals with this dealer are spectacular. So after comparing several dealers in the area Allen Mello Dodge had the best deal and the biggest inventory by far. When we went Mr. Craig C. attended us. He explained everything we need to know (in english and spanish) so we could buy the right car for us as a family and we also got a very good deal to trade in my truck. Definitely that Mr. Craig C. was very professional and was able to help us based on our needs. He guided us throughout the process until the end of the purchase. So we got a Jeep Patriot 2012 with a beautiful color. We wasn't expecting that color can be so cool but it is. I would definitely recommend Mr. Craig C. to anyone who needs to buy a car.
I had the unexpected happen Monday morning, my 2001 Jeep Cherokee died, it had done its job with over 180k miles. I had only one place that I wanted to go and that was Allen Mello, I have been "looking" there for years at my dream truck. Poor sales people that would spend time with me just so I could get more research in was a pleasure all unto itself; and we're talking 2004 - 2012 I would go in periodically. Monday evening I entered the dealership with my husband not expecting to be able to get the "dream"; we were met by Craig C., he was so kind and was able to read me like a book, he knew exactly what I wanted. He also knew my husband didn't want to necessarily pay for what I wanted so he showed and had me drive a 2 door wrangler, truck was ok, but he knew it wasn't what I wanted, with no hesitation he showed me the 4 door and then the magic happened, I drove it for maybe 3 minutes and said I want it, I still had the look of fear on my face and Craig did a great job trying to reassure me things would work out. That being said, IT DID!! I am not driving a brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, to top it off, it was the color I always wanted as well, Maroon with black interior. I was able to drive my car home Monday night, and to have even BETTER customer service they were able to accommodate me again on Tuesday for the delivery cleaning, inspection sticker, and went over many of the features, how to remove the roof for example and he helped set up the blue tooth for my phone. Overall I have to say this was the BEST experience I've ever had with a sales person. I would recommend Allen M., but would have to say, ask for Craig C., you will not be disappointed.
