IRA Toyota of Manchester is an exceptional dealership. From my initial contact through the sale of my new vehicle, I was treated with respect the whole time. At first it wasn’t the deal I wanted, we spoke about what I was looking for and made it happen. Josh Dawson was an excellent salesman and highly recommended him.

My husband, Robert, bought my 2018 RAV4 in April 2018 from Manchester Toyota. Since then I have used Manchester Toyota for all service needs. All your service reps have been wonderful and fair. On Jan 3, 2024, I brought the RAV4 in for service and got the nicest service rep, John Prance. He was most helpful in answering my questions. He had a nice and cheerful manner. Made me feel very comfortable since I was married to two mechanics (both have passed) so all I did with cars was drive them. I know how to drive but never had to worry what made them work. John fit the bill. He took the trouble to explain what was done. The total bill was fair. Thank you for making my life easier. ❤️

Very poor service

I have to a month and 14 days to fix my car. It’s very expensive to repair here in the dealership and it’s like, they are here just to make money. They will tell you the problems one after another, after finishing one problem.

Oil Change fine headlight are you serious?

I went to the dealership for an oil change which was fine and they go through and check the rest of the car to see if there is anything else wrong which of course they will always find something. My headlight was not working which of course I already knew. But then they quoted 1593 dollars to fix it for a headlight. It's a 200 dollar part even at 50 dollars an hour it would take 26 hours of labor to justify that cost. That's insanity it's a headlight on a Toyota they sold me. I was furious. Appalled and of course denied the offer to fix it.

I was told I needed to get my transfer case fixed by this dealership, when I brought my vehicle in for service after they told me I needed it they told me I didn't need the service and charged me for labor for them to do nothing.

I took .my car in for an oil change, 4 wheel alignmwnt and state inspection. The service advisors were friendly and eager to help. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner.
