Purchased a second car from Daryl Turner last week. Came back for a second as we were very pleased with our first purchase from Daryl 2 years ago. No hard sell just honest simple answers and a very fair price. They all kid me that I'll be back in 2 more years as my next grandchild gets a license.

New plow truck purchase

My wife and I just purchased a new plow truck from Ford of Londonderry to keep our home daycare up and running. It was absolutely the best buying experience we have ever had. From the moment I walked into Ford of Londonderry, every individual on the sales floor was smiling, pleasant, and helpful. I was very uncertain as to what I wanted as I walked into the building, but my salesperson, John, was an immense help. He asked the kinds of questions I needed to consider as I narrowed fown my search for the perfect vehicle. Although we couldn't find the first car that peaked my interest in the lot, fate came into play as I laid my eyes on the most beautiful upgrade to my already wonderful Ford Escape. John didn't give up though; he endured the blistering rain to seek out and find the perfect vehicle for me. I test drove the Escape first, and then a Focus comparable to the one that was not yet on the lot, but listed in the computer's database. It must have been meant to be, because being able to feel the difference in drive from an Escape (which I'm very accustomed to) to a Focus, I made up my mind that this beautiful Lightening Blue 2017 Ford Escape would be leaving with me! Throughout all the finances, and juggling schedules, John was MORE than helpful throughout the entire experience, taking me personally around the entire lot to find the perfect car for me. He even wanted to show me things he couldn't provide that day, like how to tie a real bowtie and get rid of my clip-on! It's the thought that counts, John! Since leaving the lot in my new 2017 Ford Escape, I've loved every moment on the road! I will definitely be sticking with Ford for a lifetime, and hopefully now, my good salesman John! Thank you John, Roger, and Chuck for making my experience overall painless and reassured!

We have been long time customers of Ford of Londonderry because the sales and service people take excellent care of our family. In this instance, it was time to trade in our beloved 2008 Ford Escape. Working with Kevin Lavoie was so easy! He listened to our needs, worked with us on a comfortable price and found us the perfect family vehicle; a 2015 Ford Explorer in beautiful condition! We added a keyless entry pad, which Kevin quickly ordered for us and even installed himself. We liked this feature so much, we had one installed on my husband's 2008 Ford Fusion...again, by Kevin. We are very pleased with our experience with Kevin and FOL, and would definitely recommend them for your car buying/servicing needs!

I purchased a 2017 Ford F150 from Ford of Londonderry. My experience was great starting with my internet request though their website. Jeff Brunini was quick to respond to my request and we come to an agreement on price through E-mails. I made an appointment with Jeff to come in to test drive the F150 and for them to look at my trade-in. At this point John Kowack in sales took over and took us for a test drive and went over the fundamentals of the truck. John is great at his job and very personable. Working with John is like hanging out with a old friend. Never did we feel any pressure to buy. To my surprise they were reasonable with the price offered for my trade and we signed the deal. Ford of Londonderry is very easy to work with and I recommend them.

We went into Ford of Londonderry to look for a new car where we were met by John Kowack who was not your stereotypical car salesman! He was super friendly and knowledgable about all of the models. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured in any way, in fact his biggest concern was that we were satisfied and didn't have any doubts. It was a great feeling to go into such a large purchase with a normal, friendly person who you could really connect with. All of the staff we dealt with that day were professional and extremely helpful. We left after a few hours with a brand new Ford Fusion and couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a new Ford, definitely go to Ford of Londonderry, and ask for John, you won't be disappointed!!

Bought a new car quick and easy !!

Was in jam and needed to buy a car quickly, like within two days. I went to Londonderry Ford and met John Kowack and I left hours later with my new car. Honestly John was a delight to work with. His hospitality was right on and he wasn't pushy but helpful. I use to by Dodge for years but because of the service I received that day I will be going to Ford again in the future. Great experience !!!!

I've had two bad experiences with my vehicle within the last 6 months of purchase first experience I had I had a rear end leak I called and spoke with someone named Jay at Ford of Londonderry in Londonderry New Hampshire I scheduled an appointment with him a week out I dropped it off the night before I asked him to call me when they found out what was going on and when it was going to be ready I called him the next day at 12 o'clock just to get an update he had not had any answers for me he told me that they haven't done any work I asked him if it was going to be done by the end of the day so I could pick it up to have it back for work the next day he said he wasn't really sure and he doesn't know if they have the parts that they're going to need in stock I said could you please call me back by the end of the day to let me know so I can try to make arrangements he said he would . He never called me back I called him at 2:30 the next day he tells me it's all set they just finished you can come in and pick it up I said okay Hey listen man I'm not so happy about you not calling me back next thing I know he was already off the phone he put me on hold without even asking so he didn't hear a word I said he had picked the phone back up and says yep it's all set to go and just to let you know we took care of a recall for your van I said you took care of work without even asking me if it was okay to do he said well you you needed to have it done it could have cost you big problems in the future I said I don't like that you should have called me and told me you were doing more work to my vehicle I brought it in for one specific thing he said well it really needed to be done. I was kind of frustrated so I said alright I'll be there soon to pick it up I show up to pick it up I asked for Jay when I got there and I get somebody else that's dealing with me now told him the story he says I'm really sorry really J is good guy and I'm surprised he didn't call you back I said well I didn't even get a courtesy call of any kind it is wicked unprofessional he said I'm really sorry but it needed to be done it could have caused you problems in the future after about 10 minutes of him explaining to me what could have gone wrong he says would you like a free oil change for your trouble I said no thank you I'll just take my keys and be on my way the receptionist gave me the keys I asked her to tell me where my van is parked because I didn't see it in the parking lot she said oh I'm not really sure usually we park it in the aisle right out front just walk out there and start pushing your button to listen for the beep on your key fob you'll find it that way. The next visit was not much better I had a tail light turn on after a rainstorm it stayed lit with or without the key in the ignition with or without the headlights on or off I jiggled the brake pedal I check the wires around the tail light I called the place and said hey I'm having a problem with my tail light I need it fixed I told him told him my tail lights been on for about 14 hours now I can't figure out what's going on I took the light bulb out to check for corrosion and to see if the wire was melting I did not see anything wrong I think it might be the trailer hitch that you guys had had installed for me he says bring it in and we'll take a look so I bring it in I go inside I asked for J and some guy named Dave says I'll help you I said okay Dave I'm going to deal with you from now on he says you got it I said is my van going to be ready today he said yep shouldn't be a problem I leave I get a call back at 12:30 Vans all set you can come in and pick it up we checked the factory harness as we couldn't find anything wrong with it at this point the taillight had shut off before I dropped it off I figure the wires must have dried up but he continues to tell me we think it might be the wiring harness for the trailer hitch you should bring it to the trailer hitch place I said that shouldn't be my responsibility because I had you guys install it and he goes okay well let me talk to my Finance manager I'll have more details when you come in so I show up and he says the finance manager said just head on down next time it happens head on down to the trailer hitch place they have a good relationship and we'll see what they can do so they passed me off to somebody else they didn't fix the electrical problem that I have it was only there for 3 hours now next time it happens I don't know if I'm going to get some kind of short in my electrical system I don't know if I'll get a fire from it or if it just drains the battery who knows as far as I'm concerned there's service department sucks their customer service sucks I'm extremely unhappy

Just wanted to say what a great experience I had purchasing my 2016 Ford Escape. Everyone in the dealership had a really great attitude, they were very friendly and helpful. Bruce helped me find exactly what I was looking for, he explained all the car features and took time to walk around the dealership with me and made sure I had all the information I needed. The whole transaction only took about 3 hrs beginning to end. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Bruce.

I purchased an Explorer of John Kowack and was such a great transaction that a week later I bought another one. The salesman is knowledgeable and very friendly. John went out of his way to assist me without being aggressive if anything he is laid back and is a refreshing change of aggressive dealers. Chuck in financing is wonderful as well. Very helpful and again not pushing at all. I purchased two aftermarket warranties and am very satisfied. I recommended utilizing this dealership and especially John and Chuck. Both Bruce and Dave made the recent purchase of my 2015 Escape very easy and relaxed. Bruce spent a lot of time going over all of the components of the truck, this was very refreshing as most dealers just send you off with the manual. I would without hesitation recommend Londonderry Ford.

just purchased a car from these folks and it was a very easy process as it should be. We settled on the price of my new Mustang GT in only two emails and I got the price I was looking for. Same thing for my trade in, only took 15min and I got the price it was worth based on Edmunds trade in info. This is the third car I’ve purchased from Ford of Londonderry and all three encounters have been top notch. Their service dept. is excellent as well, service is quick and efficient. When I purchase a Ford product this is the place I go!
