Christmas surprise Soul Exclaim

I worked with Rob W. directly trying to surprise my wife with a new Soul at Christmas. I have never met Rob in person or been to the dealership to this day but they had what I wanted and they were willing to work with me over the phone. Rob helped me get a remote start and roof rack system put on and get it delivered over an hour away so I could hide it from my wife and all within a short period of time. All the folks at Fairfield KIA were very friendly and helpful. My wife was extremely surprised and happy the car is great and with the added features, nicer wheels and interior it looks really sharp, love the moss color too. There is really a lot of value in these cars, many features you would not find on a car of equal cost and the 2.0L is zippy! Thanks Rob and team!!!

I was blown away that we could get a new car with a payment we could afford! Rob and PJ did a great job making that happen. I had my wife take a test drive in the snow to be sure she was happy with the performance. The Kia Sorento AWD passed with ease. They even entertained our kids when we were signing the paper work. I was also impressed that the manger shook my hand and thank me. That tells me we were not just another sale and that they appreciate we bought the car there. They really make it fun to buy a car there, something you don't see anymore.

It wasn't too good to be true.

I wasn't thrilled with my local dealer in Danbury CT so I decided to check out Fairfield Kia because my daughter attends Keene State Colllege and I had passed by it a number of times.I first chatted with Matt H. on the internet and then we talked over the phone.Matt H was very pleasant, professional and attentive to all the requirements I gave him for the vehicle I wanted. Due to being about 2 1/2 hours away we did everything over the phone. The numbers he gave me sounded great almost too good to be true but once my husband and I arrived at the dealership we realized it was true. We immediately met Matt V. who was also very pleasant and professional.He showed us the vehicle and took care of all the details.It was the smoothest and best experience I have ever had with a dealership.Everything was done quickly and we were out of there in no time in my new Kia Sorrento.I am very happy and might even go back there for my first oil change.

Purchased a 2007 Subaru Legacy

I worked with Matt H. and Karla. Matt did an amazing job keeping me up to date about what they had in stock at the dealership for about 2 and a half weeks. I live two hours from the dealership, and wasn't sure what I was going to find when I finally decided to make the trek. Matt matched me up with Karla, who was also absolutely amazing. As a team they helped me find the perfect car, and were very flexible. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful.

I just got a Chevy Express 2500 Cargo Van from Matthew V. Best sales person I have bought from. I would recommend him to everyone I know or meet. Knowledgeable, polite, and a good person to know. Helped get fitted with accessories for the Van Interior too. I have been ripped off by so many dealerships. It is so nice to get a vehicle that I need, rather than the one they figure I can buy.

Exemplary Car Purchase Experience

The absolute best experience one can have when purchasing a car. Not only was PJ and Lou able to get me into a new Mitsubishi Outlander for an incredible price, but I only rolled over $700 from my trade-in worth $7,000 less than I owed on it. Bravo team, you have won a lifelong customer. Aside from being extremely happy with my purchase, the team (especially Rob, PJ, Katie and Lou) left my cheeks throbbing from laughing, my belly full from the awesome complimentary lunch, and new Facebook friends I converse with on a regular basis. I want to congratulate the Fairfield Kia team for treating a customer according to their needs; knowing what steps to take to make not only the customer happy, but the right decision for them; and making the entire experience so fun and entertaining that I wasn't ready to leave! I have since been back for my inspection and I can't wait for my first oil change. I feel like I belong there and the extra mile they have gone for me makes me confident in recommending Fairfield's to all of my friends and family.

I was looking to trade in my 2011 vehicle for 2 older model vehicles. Cole C. and Rob W. were fantastic to work with. Cole was patient, knowledgeable, and explored all the options avaliable for me and my needs. This was by no means a big money deal but I was treated as if I were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. I'll be back and I will recommend Fairfield Kia to my friends and family

Just got my jeep from you last week. I was very happy with all the help i received. Everyone was very friendly. Paul Lawlor and Rob Winslow were the two that helped me and they were awesome. They made my first car buying experience very easy and fun for me. And put me at ease. They answered all of my questions and made me understand everything that needed to be done and are still helping me through the process. I will most definitely recommend and refer anyone to them and your dealership.

Highly recommend this dealership. We called and gave them our best pricing - obtained online with truecar.com - one call back less than an hour later and they matched it. No other dealer in a 200 mile radius would. They delivered vehicle and pricing as presented, and was ready on pick up day. All transactions were done over the phone.
