Stay Away!

Do yourself a favor and stay way away from the service department at Unique Ford. The service manager named Bill can not be trusted and is not a man of his word! Contacted the general manager Heather this evening and explained my experiences with the service manager over the past two months. She offered an incentive on future service but I told her that would by no way correct how I was treated and would never step inside Unique Ford again! The one star rating should really be zero stars!

this is a rare dealership were the sales person listens ,to your needs and not try to push you into into what you don't want . joe went beyond and above what most sales people would do , and was pleasant to work with . this dealer ship is low pressure, friendly and willing to work with your needs

Joe Martin and his excellent team are great to work with --- from selecting a car to finalizing the purchase, you cannot beat the Unique Ford team! They listen, they work to find you the best fit, and then they make sure everything is just right. I cannot say enough good things about them! Truly a great dealership.

I'm sorry I dont know the Salesperson's name but Manager Joe Martin is the best. This is our 3rd lease with Unique Ford. The last 2 were negotiated from California. I've called Joe from Cali and from home. He has always picked up or called back with answers, even to questions unrelated to a sale. I highly recommend Unique Ford to anyone in the market for a car.

I have found my new home for purchasing vehicles for my family. I can not say enough wonderful things about this dealership. From the first contact via phone with Heather, who was friendly, very informative & helpful. I met with Jerry & he went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt like a person, not just another sale/number. He was wonderful. Joe was shadowing him that day & he, too was super friendly & helpful. I ended up finding my car at an amazing price & I am grateful

Best buying experience

I knew I was going to buy a new car -- but was not sure where. I wanted a dealer close to home, and there were two nearby to choose from. I picked Unique Ford because of the message on their web site about "no pressure", "no games", and so forth, plus their philosophy of how they treat customers. In my experience, the employees met the stated expectations and then some, and better than the best of my previous experiences with buying a new car from other dealers. I am very pleased with my purchase. I'm looking forward to continue doing business with this dealership for maintenance service. Im glad I found them!
