worst service experience ever!

Made an appointment for a 2016 Mazda CX-5 at Ramsey Mazda to have the windshield washer fixed. They said the hose was "pinched" by the tap we had against a piece of ice last winter. Made an appointment for when the part may be in. Told them we were going on vacation. They would let us know when the part came in. Three weeks later, called them about the part. They say it came in but we never showed for the appointment! I ask why they didn't call us. He said we made an appointment why should I call you. WHAT?. I made another appointment for a week later. They charged over 100 bucks for the hose. A few weeks later we tried to wash the windshield for the first time since the service. Guess what? yep the washer did not work. Made another appointment for 8am the next week. Arrived at 8am but they didn't take the car in until 11:30. An hour later they tell us its the washer motor that is broken. I ask why didn't you check the washer the last time we brought car to replace the hose? No Answer! I ask, was it really the motor that was broken and not the hose? we paid you over 100 bucks for the hose? no answer again. We make another appointment for the motor because they have to order one. A week later we arrive at 8am and pick up the car at 5pm. No charge for the motor. I expected to get a refund for the price of the hose. That didn't happen. I asked again, why didn't the technician check if the washer worked after they replaced the hose? Again No answer. We will never go back to that dealership again. The end.

Great service.....

The appt was on time. The car was ready when promised. They have wifi and coffee. And they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable while I waited.

Great Service Experience

Had my CX5 service for 20k checkup. Tom the service manager is great. I was very happy with the entire experience. Didn't have to wait long, wash and vacuum the truck. Excellent all around. Highly recommend.

Usual car maintanence

Everything about getting my schedule car in for service went went well, it wasn't till after the problems occurred. The work to be done was an oil service, inspection, and new tires. I had to do a late pickup so I told them to mail by receipt and charge my card. They charged me card but I never got a receipt and I also was missing tire valve stem covers (the inspection was also never done). I placed many calls/emails to the service department (manager also) but never got any help regarding this. It is really quite shocking that they won't give me a receipt for my visit and also replace the valve stem covers that they took off and never put back on. Its been over two months with no call back. I would avoid this place if possible.

Excellent Service Experience at Palisades Mazda

After purchasing our new Mazda CX9 in December 2013, we returned to the service department to have a couple of minor "dings" repaired that were there prior to purchase. The service department was very accommodating and ensured that the body shop work was completed. We also just had a 5,000 mile check-up and were very pleased. David N was very pleasant and helpful. We will be returning to his service department!

Leaky moonroof

I brought my car in to Mazda to fix a leaky roof. Jason took the time to explain how water drainage works with a moonroof which was very helpful. They took apart my car and checked for any blockages. They had my car ready for me super fast the following day. I will always bring my car back to the Mazda dealership for any issues I have, they are the best and easiest to work with.

Excellent service on my CX9

Just wanted to take a moment and say Thanks to the folks at Palisades Mazda. From the moment I walked in it was about what I wanted and it was about listening to the customer and not jumping to conclusions or trying to get another service call done. I got the information/options to make the right decision about what I wanted done. Jason was extremely helpful and courteous.

Robin did the job

Though we had a difficult problem -- obtaining a seat cover replacement had been frustrating -- Robin in Service used initiative to order one for us. I highly recommend her work, as well as that of Chris, service technician. AH Gunther
