Dishonest People

They changed the listed price in the internet and added $1000.00. Franklin Beco told me to come speak with the manager. I drove two hours to the dealer. The manager was to busy to see me. Very dishonest people. Stay away!!!

I went to City World Ford to buy a car. As soon I got to the door, I was greeting by a very jovial man who offered to help me. When I told him I was there to make a purchase, he presented me a young man whom he said will help me in my search. After greeting each other, the young man told me: "I am Juan Morla. What are you interested in?" In seconds, I made my choice and the paper work started. I spent the all afternoon there waiting for the all process and the delivery of the car, I didn't get bored. Juan is so well versed in many topics, education, family, neighborhood, that I could spend the all day in his company. Congratulations to Juan Morla at City World Ford for such a gratifying experience!

Worst dealer experience ever

Worst car dealer experience ever. Went to look at a car and they said I couldn't test drive it that day because it needed to be serviced. They told me that I would be the first to know when it got back from the shop in a few days and they wouldn't sell it before I got a chance to drive it. I called back a few days later, then a week, then 2 weeks and they said it still wasn't back yet. I was then told 3 WEEKS LATER that it was back on the lot and if I could come in that day. Unfortunately I was out of town and said I could be there tomorrow morning. I called them before I left and was told by another sales person that the car wasn't on the lot and was still being serviced. When I called back the following day I was told that it was sold. When I spoke to a woman, claiming to be a manager, about how I've been waiting 3 weeks to see this car and was told it wasn't going to be sold she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manage and she said "Well what would you like me to do about it, we sold the car" and refused to put me on the phone with another manager. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. She blamed me, the customer, for the dealer giving false information and lying. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER.

Worst Dealership

They do not honor there own stated sales price. Salesman and I negotiated a price on a new car. Salesman told me price was approved. When I sat down to arrange payment, the GM Nick Young tried to increase the price by a few thousand. Do not waste your time or money here. Terrible experience.

Horrific experience. City World Ford is the reason why people hate car dealerships. I got my TrueCar price. Called them and got a VIN number. Went to the dealer and put down $2k deposit on the car within hours of calling them. As soon as I got home they called me and started backing out of the deal. Ended up going with another dealer but City World is refusing to refund the deposit. Now working with Amex to get my money back.

BEWARE! SHODDY DEALERSHIP, NOT ON THE UP AND UP! I purchased a new ford fusion from this dealer. The car is not the problem. The customer service takes forever AND they are also very rude when you have a problem. It also took them over 8 months to turn my trade in over to ford, which they then attempted to bill me $800 in damages for. They never took an odometer reading, and are a bunch of [non-permissible content removed] over there. There are plenty of ford dealerships, PICK ANOTHER! ALSO NOTICE HOW ALL OF THEIR REVIEWS ON THIS SITE ARE 5 STARS, PROBABLY BOOSTING THEIR OWN RANKINGS

LISTEN UP!!!. CITYWORLD FORD IS THE PLACE 2 BUY A CAR!!! i love my 2012 acura TL... The experience was better than i thought. Nelson is a great salesman, and he helped me with the price i wanted and got me financing. i do not have the best credit, but nelson and the finance staff were able to pull a miracle. i want to thank cityworld ford 4 the experice i had, i would definitely come back. They also told me about the referral program which they'll cut me a check 4 each customer i refer. Im already telling all my friends n family about city world ford.

i was looking for anything...my credit was not good like i mean bad...been to other dealerships and got kicked out...was told that theres nothing i can do...to get a car...but THEN i went to city world ford...and sat with john r he told me that, let me see what can be done...a few min later he came to me with some offers on the table..i picked out one that i liked best..and then the manger nick came to me and told me this was going to be a tuff deal but he will get it done for me...john r then came back to me a little bit later with a pair of keys in hand and said lets get the insurance set...we got u the car...and your taking it home TODAY...so this place is to me the best i went too...thanks soo much john r/nick u guys are the best.....

ARSENIC AND OLD SHELL GAME

Friends Buyer beware at this dealers used car dept. They advertise in print one price, on the internet another price and at sales desk another price. The printed & internet price are lures,[in my case $3000.00 difference]. AD price $8995. kick in the taxes and DMV, oh yeah the poison $1500.00 in prep, ads and misc. fee. you end up with the internet price of $12000.00. I give the salesman the advertisement from the Daily News and he kind of turned colors, But alas he was not letting that car go for the printed price!

I'm so happy with the service I received from City World Ford. The staff is friendly and more importantly very professional. Most car sales experience always seem to leave you with the feeling of being scammed. I find the team very trustworthy and knowledgeable and they are looking out for my best interest.

Great Service from the sales staff!

I usually o out of state to buy my cars because the customer service is usually better. However I was in search of an X5 and found one at City World Ford. When I called into the dealership i first spoke to Nadia who was super nice then i spoke to the manager Zodie a couple of days later. I was promised excellent service and a great deal and I must say i got just that. My salesperson was exzcellent. I am sending my sister there to buy next week and I know they will take great care of her also.

I just got my car and I had a really great team to help me. At first i was annoyed because I wanted a specific f-150 and the salesman didnt seem to know what I was talking about. But then Zaudi the manager stepped in and she went over all my options and pricing and helped me pick the perfect car for my business. Then Nick the manager gave me a great deal. So thanks guys!!!

When I came into the dealership I dealt with zuedi was amazing. zuedi was able to answer any questions I had and get me into a nice vehicle, I thought this deal was not possible but zuedi and Nick made it so possible. I left City World happy with my new car..i will be tell other about this dealership thanks City World.

I visited City World Ford the beginning of this month and I can truly say it was such a great experience. As a female, people think I do not know much information about cars and that is somewhat true, but not fully. When I got there, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I then met the salesman and he was exceptional. Rather than making me feel like I was uninformed about cars he asked for my input and wanted to know what I looked for in a car. He then took everything I said and found the perfect car for me. I told him of my money problems and that I would have the money at the end of this month. He didnt push me away just because I didnt have the money right then and there. He gave me his card and said come in whenever youre ready, Ill be waiting for you. Since then I have gone back every week to let him know I will be back with the cash. I will be buying my first car the last weekend of this month and Im so excited. I am so happy I chose City World Ford as the place to buy my car.

Called City World Ford bc I was interested in a pre owned vehicle. Leticia answered the phone very professional very helpful very nice very everything lol. Not only did she find me a vehicle that fit both my family and I she even recommended that I take the vehicle on a test drive to be sure it's what I really want. When I arrived I didn't see her immediately but in about 2minutes she walked over to us with the most beautiful smile. Instantly my wife and I felt at home. Stephen took me on a test drive and did my paper work. It was More then a pleasure buying a vehicle from City World Ford. We love u Leticia :-). My wife may need her own vehicle soon so we will be back really soon.......

Just left City World Ford and brought a new ford fusion I was handle with so much from Antwana the sales rep and Jaime the salesman they where very patient with me because of the bad experience I had had another dealership. I was recommend by a friend who brought a vehicle last year. I left with a smile on my face and the payments that was promised thank you and look for me in the next two years.
