I had been doing my research for my cars for years and once I saw they had the car I want. I knew I had to get it. Kenny, Frank, and the Autopand team were exceptional and going through the process to answer any questions I had about the car, payment, maintenance, you name it. walked into the dealership Saturday morning was greeted and treated professionally.Drove out with a new Toyota a short time later.Everything from registration to insurance was taken care of by the sales rep,Ken Perez.Will send everyone I know there worth the trip.

Autoland Rocks

Thought no one could fill John's shoes after his retirement, but JeanRock really stepped up. Not only was he personable, friendly, knowledgeable and nice, he was not pushy in any way. I love love love my new truck, although I have to get used to all the electronics. Thank you Autoland...I'm a Nash girl.

Wonderful experience!

Had a wonderful experience in this dealership. Jamel( our sales consultant) took his time to explain the different Toyota models and allowed us to test drive. He had a lot of patience in helping us select a new car. There was no dishonesty with the sales price and there was a lot of flexibility.

Great Experience

Stanley, Mike and everyone else were great. The truth is that nobody really looks forward to or enjoys the car buying process. But I have to say that, of all the times Ive ever done it, this was probably the smoothest and least stressful experience I have ever had. No pressure, no hassles, no weirdness, and they knew exactly what they were doing. Id go back without question.

Outstanding Ethical Sales Process

Yesterday I traded my 2014 Venza, AWD, V-6 and my 2016 GMC Acadia AWD vehicles for a "gently used" 2016 Platinum Sequoia with 7,800 accumulated miles. Objective observations of processes: Mr. Glenn Edwards, used car manager: did not ask, "What price are you seeking for your cars?" Instead, he created a document specifying the dollars being offered. Period. No chicanery; no verbal manipulations. Truly a "Gold Standard" Professional of Autoland Toyota! Mr. Ed Dubas, Sales Consultant. Welcoming attitude, patiently explained value of car, took me on an extended road test over bumpy (hardly felt the terrain!) and high speed lane changing I-78, made absolutely no demands that I buy any car from his Dealership. Subsequently, when I committed to the purchase he processed paperwork with efficiency and good humor. He created a very pleasant interpersonal buying experience for me. He also is truly at the proverbial "Gold Standard" of professional customer service. Mr. Steven Schleifer, Finance Manager. Welcoming, patient, thorough completion of this tri-layered transaction. Efficient, with an excellent engaging appropriate sense of humor. Mr. Schleifer is genuinely at eh Gold Standard of professional customer service. I recently purchase my third vehicle from Autoland. I love the Toyota product and have purchased a Camry, Highlander and now a RAV4. The staff at Autoland was extremely professional, informed and caring. Mr. H and Ms. G walked me through the process without being pushy or aggressive. On the contrary, they offered me many options and great information to help me make my decision. They also returned my rental car for me, so I could drive my car home that day; wonderful!

Great service, Food and Music

I was very pleased with the service I received from everyone at Autoland. Starting with being greeted right after I parked. Even though I was there to see a specific sales person, the person that greeted me walked with me through the showroom and brought me to the appropriate person. It was a Saturday at the end of the month so it was fairly busy. There were djs from a local radio station to entertain as well as food and drinks to sustain us dung the process. I was surprised there were not as many used Camry models, but I was still able to find one in my price range and that met most of my requirements. Once the car was selected, it only took about another hour and a half to drive away in my new car. I never felt pressured and was given plenty of time to decide. Even during the financial process, everything was explained fully so that I understood. I would recommend Autoland to anyone looking for a new or used car.

When Visting Autoland, before I could get to the door a salesman greet me with a hello and a smile them open the door for me. He introduce himself my telling me his name I told my name, he said my I help you today or do you have an appointment with someone here. I said yes I have gave him the name of the person. Anyway that same person that greet me that's the same person that waited on me I was very satisfy, what I came for I left with a trade in for a new car and got the one that I wanted.
