Amazing Experience!

I have purchased two vehicles from Paul Miller Porsche within the past year. The entire staff has been amazing to work with and it is probably the most pleasurable experience I've had at a dealership. My sales associate, Dan Gino, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from the point where we ordered a car until delivery. Communication was superb throughout the process. 5 stars - highly recommended!

Best used car buying experience imaginable

BEST USED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE, and I wasn't buying a Porsche. While I waited for the car I was interested in to come off the lift (it had just arrived as a trade-in and they were changing the oil AND THE TIRES) Roger Ziontz sat with me and went over the carfax and answered all the questions I had about the car and the price (again, this wasn't a Porsche). I said to him a couple of times, "please, go sell a Porsche instead of sitting with me and waiting." His reply was that I was his customer, no matter what car I was buying. If this dealership has a used car you're interested in buying, no need to shop around. You will not find better service or a better price anywhere. For used car buyers, beware that in NJ it is rare for a dealership not to tack on thousands of dollars in fees. Paul Miller Porsche had one nominal etching fee. That’s it. No games. To top off this excellent experience: when I arrived 2 days later to pick up the car, it looked brand new (it’s 3 years old with 40k miles). Every scratch, scrape, and noticeable imperfection was buffed out. Rims renewed. Inside detailed. I cannot say enough about this dealership. Thank you Roger and John.

Just picked up my new 911 Targa 4S from Paul Miller. This is probably my 8th Porsche that I bought from them, all with Norman Mandell, the best and most knowledgeable salesman there is. Always a pleasure to deal with, no B.S. and works hard to get the fairest deal possible for me.

In view of the restraints required in view of the recent Corona virus pandemic, my experience was excellent. All correspondence was done via e mail and the process went flawlessly. The car was ordered and was delivered 1 month earlier than expected. My sales representative, Dan Gino, was very helpful throughout the sales process and responsively handled the entire purchase.

I was extremely satisfied with the way in which I was taken care of by both Diane sales person and Keith the business manager. Both went out of their way to make things right regarding the purchase as well as the follow up service that need to be performed when I check engine light went on. Everything is great I love the car I love the dealership and just so you know I purchased and Audi from paul miller Audi in Parsippany several weeks earlier. Take care And as you can see I am a loyal paul miller customer.

Billy Watters is Excellent

I made a deal on a CPO Cayenne S 100% via email exchange with Billy Watters mid of Jan. Due to work and snow, I wasn't able to take immediate delivery as I live in Virginia. Billy was very diligent in following through, held the vehicle for two extra weeks, and honored the price agreed upon. I went to the dealership this past Saturday morning, and was pleased to see my car was already pulled in front and cleaned up, with a new oil change, everything that was asked for. Paperwork took some time, but that was all customary. Anthony Rassouli was also very easy to work with on the finance front. After all was done, Billy was courteous enough to help return my rental vehicle, and I hit the road back home right afterwards. This is my second Porsche purchase experience. My first one was not bad either, but after working with Paul Miller, I would say it offers a better customer experience overall, and Billy is an excellent sales person, through and through. p.s. You will enjoy his Scottish accent, and chatting about soccer and golf!

Great Dealership Experience

Buying a car at a dealership always left me feeling a little flim-flamed. Not so at Paul Miller Porsche. I have always avoided buying a used car since I had a very bad experience as a kid.I bought 3 cars here previously but they were new cars. Nick, the salesman showed me the best "pre-owned" car on the lot, gave me a fair price and a great warrantee. I can't recommend this dealership more highly.

Classy Porsche Experience

This was my third time to the Porsche dance and by far the best experience to date. This was a low keyed low pressure car buying experience. Billy was informative, patient and a great guide in the ordering process of my Macan. Always available for questions and queries. Anthony was equally patient and informative in the process. Explained all aspects of the purchasing and leasing process and help steer gently in the right direction. Both Billy and Anthony were professional and assisted in making the delivery process a very positive experience. Would gladly recommend the dealership if Billy and Anthony are involved in the experience though I am sure the testified the staff is excellent as well. By the way the new showroom is top shelf. Not to be lost in the mix is the fact that the Macan is a wow.
