I purchased a 2015 QX 80... My second Infiniti from this dealership. My wife and I love the Infiniti SUVs. After driving everything in this class, there was nothing that came close in terms of overall luxury, performance, and refinement. While the product is great, it's the people at the dealership that made this a slam dunk for us. Alex, David, Steve and Patty are the most professional group. They go out of their way to make sure the process is painless. Having owned a Mercedes prior to this...I thought there was no way anyone could top that experience....Flemington Infiniti does. They want to make sure that you see the value in what it is your buying. Highly recommend this dealership...you will not be disappointed.

Dealship of the year - HA!

What a shame. I drove 2 ½ this past Saturday to purchase a ‘Certified’ BMW from you. I am not sure what was Certified. After only having the car for two days, I am in the shop. This morning I started up the car and read the warning that indicated I was below the recommended LOW level for oil. NICE. After dropping my car off at my BMW dealer I have come to find out that Brakes are recommended, Brake Fluid needs to be replaced, the car is past due to be scoped and I have strange noise coming from the right front tire when I turn the wheel! I would never do business with Flemington again and will post this message on every board I can find that rates your company. All this after being at the dealership for 6 hours to buy a car! Never again

Over the years I have purchased and leased many cars and have dealt with all types of sales people. By far this has been the best experience I have ever encountered when purchasing a car. I did my research on line to find the right pre-owned car for me and Flemington Infinity had the vehicle I was looking for. After a brief phone discussion with the salesman I decided to take a ride to see the car. It was just as he described and perfect for me. There was no pressure in the buying process from the sales staff, the sales manager was great to deal with, the finance people were wonderful. All in all it was a great buying experience. Flemington Infinity and their pre-owned sales team are true professionals, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Infinity. They were the best.

Knowledgeable salesman, not pushy, professional in every way, patient in explaining features of the car without being patronizing. Never felt like I had to buy the vehicle TODAY. Business staff similarly was professional and courteous.

Flemington Infiniti Nightmare. Don't Lease From Them.

I am a single 28 year old woman living in central New Jersey. I have leased cars before, but never from Flemington Infiniti. Here is what happened when I went in to finalize my phone deal with them on my new G60 coupe. I arrived with my mom to turn in my Altima lease(by the way 11,000 miles under the cap). The young man helped us talked about the new car and dealership. Very nice so far, even professional. The man and his manager reviewed our current car from the outside and said "looks good" you're going to be fine lets finalize paper on new one we will handle your turn in for you. Wow that was nice of them. Quickly, I was out of my Altima and driving off in my new G60. The turn in and experience were nice, easy and quick. Then, I get a letter from NISSAN (and the same letter from Infiniti) STATING THAT I OWE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR DAMAGES!!!! Remember the dealer told me we were just fine la la la. Well I had my dad call and speak to salesman and manager. They say that this has nothing to do with them!!! They say that my car had cut on back seat. It DID!!! I knew it and when they TOLD me all was ok we thought it meant inclusive of small cut in fabric of seat. How is it possible that they wouldn't just look inside before they say "you're good let's get you the new car". This team misrepresented Infiniti and can cause the brand severe damage because operating like this will drive customers away. Hopefully, anyone reading this will stay far away from FLEMINGTON INFINITI. too bad all they needed to do was the right thing. Signed Disappointed Infiniti Customer
