Exceptional Customer Care

On 8/22/19 My husband and I went to Mall Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle. I saw the vehicle that I wanted on their website, set up a 6:00 PM appointment with Dan Reilly via one of their internet sales employees. We arrived 30 minutes early but Dan took us early! By 8:00 PM the papers were signed and I was leaving with the car that I picked out on their website! Dan was courteous, friendly, fun and did not try to push anything more than what we wanted on us! Dan by far made this car buying experience better than any other experience we had in the past at other dealerships! I cannot THANK him enough! I will definitely recommend Dan and your dealership to others and will be back when we are ready to trade our 2nd vehicle in for an upgrade as well! Thank you Dan for you excellent customer care! Worst experience ever

Absolutely the worst dealership ever. Terrible experience dealing with the staff as they are extremely rude and ignorant. They do not care about their customers. Avoid this dealership at all costs! Save yourself the trouble/headache and go somewhere else. Absolutely an awful and terrible experience dealing with this place...

Females- beware

If you are a female: beware My mom and I went to Mall Chevrolet at approximately 8pm on Wednesday April 18, 2018. We were immediately greeted by a smiling face. He introduced himself (I believe his name was Joe, but I'm horrible with names; and the sign and business cards on his desk belonged to a different salesman). The salesman was very friendly and very polite. He showed us the vehicle we were interested in, and everything was going smoothly. When it came time to discuss pricing, my mom offered exactly $2,000 under sticker price. He painstakingly took the time to write out the math on a piece of paper (I assume this was just for show as many people can subtract 2k from 30k with ease). He then advised us that he would take it to his manager, and he would also obtain pricing for an extended warranty. He returned to the desk 5 minutes later with a pricing sheet that included the original sticker price. My mom noticed that her offer was not included. He said that the car was already priced low enough, and he mentioned that they offered plenty of cheaper vehicles on the lot. At that point, my mom and I thanked him and let him know that the deal wasn't going to work for us. We got up and walked out fairly abruptly. As we left the building, a different man started yelling at us from the door. As he jogged towards us, he kept screaming "What happened? Did my sales associate treat you badly?" I replied by saying "No, he was fantastic. He was very nice. We just didn't agree on the price."€ He then kept insisting that someone must have offended us. At this point, he was right next to my mom's vehicle. Again, we both repeated that the sales man was wonderful, we just were not interested in the deal. I then got in my seat and shut the door. He proceeded to go to the driver's side where my mother was sitting. As she attempted to shut the door, he stood in front of her door and physically blocked her from shutting her car door. As someone who has been the victim of domestic violence, my mother did not deserve to be placed in a position where a salesman physically blocked her from shutting her own car door. She asked him to move. She told him she had to go. Still, he stayed in front of the door, physically preventing her from shutting her own car door and leaving the dealership. Again, I asked him to please leave us alone. On repeat, she said "Please move. I am not interested. Please let me leave."€ He kept trying to make a deal. NO MEANS NO. My mother had to beg a man to move out of her way so that she could close her own car door. And, he still wouldn't move. It took minutes for her to finally be able to clear him enough to reach her own car door to pull it closed, and he was still reluctant to move aside. As I write this, I honestly can't even fathom how this is something that could happen in 2018. I'm writing this review promptly so that Mall Chevrolet has time to review and save video surveillance footage of the incident so that you can use it as a teaching point. NO MEANS NO. Physically blocking a female from getting in her car to leave is not acceptable.

Poor Sale tactics

to lie buyer, said your discount but your not. saleman going after buyer as he is trying to leave. try use handcuff on customer. so buyer does leave. that is hold someone captive. it is that good way to sell a truck will not return to Mall Chevy for any reason.

Horrible experence worst sales team

I was quoted, test drove and agreed to lease price/terms on a Chevy Equinox. I wrote my check for the money down payment and said I would be back the next day to pick up my car. We all shook hands signed appropriate information, all sides were happy. ONLY when I arrived, later that evening, to pick up my car I was told first there was some "confusion" by the completely disorganized sales person. I demanded to talk to a manager. After about a 15 minute wait. The manager told me in order to get the car I agreed to on the night prior and put a down payment on that I would have to pay more money monthly. There is much more to the story on how ridiculously they tried to explain away their mistake and the issue. It was more on principle that I walked out without a car from this dealer and would never go back. There are plenty of dealers in the area for Chevy so don't make the mistake of going here.

Abandoned after the Sale

Purchased new 2014 Camaro which has an unnerving, loud sloshing sound generated by the Gas Tank. When returned to dealer for solution the GM solution was to sell me a different model car at my loss. He relayed the sound is caused by a GM design defect and not the dealers responsibility. Once I researched the subject found numerous blogs and forum entries on same complaint since 2010. Mall Chevy position is my complaint was their first knowledge of subject. I find this hard to believe and think they did not disclose this problem before selling me the car. If they would have made me aware I would have never purchased the car. The sound went unnoticed because the test drive area was very noisy and radio playing for most of it. I would not recommend this dealership as they "abandon you after the sale.."

Best car dealership hands down

I bought a 2014 rs camaro convertible from Ben and I can truly say that it was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly, accommodating, and really cares about your concerns and needs. I have and continue to recommend mall chevrolet to all of my military and co workers if they are in the market for buying a car. Ben as well as Robert C are always fun to visit and it makes going to the dealership for routine maintenance a joy. When I am ready to buy another camaro down the road I wil definitely make the one hour drive from AC (where I reside) to buy another car from them. Thanks again Ben, Rob, and the entire Mall Chevrolet team for the wonderful service and for making "buying a new car" an outstanding experience. It has become much more than a business relationship! Great service, best experience!

I must say that I was very impressed with the service received from the moment I set up an appointment, and then when we met with Bob his ambiance was intriguing and very welcoming. After explaining what I was looking for to Bob, he had introduced me to Alex B. and again was so pleased of the hospitality and service. Spending time with Alex talking about my needs, taking a drive with my "potential" new Equinox; I felt like I was spending some quality time with one of my brothers. Although it was the beginning of a business relationship, the experience became more personal as the day progressed. After working out some differences (in a good way), the end was near and met with Mike who carried that personable experience and left Mall Chevrolet satisfied not only by getting the SUV that I wanted but leaving knowing I made the right choice with the perfect team. Working in the Customer Service field I treat my customers the way I wish to be treated and meeting with the team I worked with that day at Mall Chevrolet; I believe my responsibility and personal experiences with my customers are met based on the service I was given, which whole-heartedly appreciated.
