Eddy was kind and open to my needs, he has an amazing personality and acknowledged all the questions that I had. He knows his cars very well and throughout the process he didn't make my credit an issue. He gave me the opportunity and kept with everything he said. I didn't want to test drive the car but he made me believe it was already my car and had faith that I would walk out with the car. He made my time at Reno Dodge worth the wait.

Don Larsen referred us to come down to Reno dodge after we had a bad experience with carsons dodge. Bill Zupo came in and bought us some food! Well, he sold us our new 2500 Cummins at the price that we were looking for, Bill was very knowledgeable and didn't [non-permissible content removed] the sale, he was honest and made the experience the best one. I think Allen provided excellent service, he was very patient, he was very genuine and knowledgeable! He knew his stuff, and didn't pressure the sale, he made the sale very easy going and being in sales myself, I didn't feel like the typical salesman was helping me out! Overall this was one of my car sales experience. Only comment was to be more clear with the credit app. It was a little confusing but it doesn't change the experience. Devin helped explain this so much better for me so everything was taken care of! Thank you very.

The entire staff was professional starting with the salesman up until finance. My fault was letting them get the upper hand when I purchased a car a little beyond my means, and came back the next day to ask to be let out. I am not surprised that they balked at this, but it could have been done in a professional way. Instead I dealt with an evil little sales manager who seemed to delight in having power over me, especially in a state (Nevada) where consumers are treated like dirt to begin with. This person did his best to insult and humiliate me in front of his co-workers before I finally settled on a deal for an inferior car, feeling powerless to do anything else. I learned from this, but I will never forget, or forgive, the nasty behavior of that sales staff.

Awhile after purchase I took the car in for new tires. The tire shop pulled up the trunk Capet while rotating out the spare and asked if I knew the car had a major repair. He showed me a huge weld across the entire trunk, oops too late Dodge knew nothing and it was past the 9 day warranty. My error too but sales never disclosed the scar!

They processed my loan and had me out the door in under two hours. The truck runs like a charm and for repairs they always are friendly and polite. The work is usually done in a few hours.
