I went to Gaudin Ford first when I started shopping for cars. Had awesome service from Jenna, not forced at all. Let her know exactly what I needed, and also that I would be shopping around. Got the run around from a few different dealers after I left Gaudin. Two days later I received an email from Jenna. She hadn't given up on trying to figure out how to help me get into a new vehicle that I needed. From start to finish, everybody at this dealership was more than helpful and patient. Got me exactly what I wanted! I'm recommending them to everybody that I know is looking for a new car.

I worked with Dominic and Moses to purchase a 2014 F-150 recently. After picking out 2 models and then deciding they weren't quite right, I settled on a 2014 Limited F-150 and could't be happier. The entire process took two days, but not once did either Moses or Dominic pressure me or make me feel as though I was wasting their time. They treated me like family, and I am a customer for life.

Come to my conclusion, after all the experience I had at the Gaudin Ford of Las Vegas, I would not recommend anybody that I know to this dealership and I personally will not come back to this dealership again, not even back for any services. I will go somewhere else to get the service for my car, don't get me wrong though there are still some good people over there like AJ and Frank, I love them both, but the experience I had with ED from the financing department was horrible, I don't know why Ford has spent so much money on commercial and stuffs to promote its name, but let something like this happen to their customers. No wonder Gaudin Ford has such a low rating on Yelp, now I know why, and soon my review will be on there for people to read and stay away from this dealership.

I recently relocated to Las Vegas from Florida. My wife and I wanted to make the trip together in one vehicle (My Ford F 150) and were planning to pull a trailer. We decided to ship her vehicle and made arrangements with a transporter. We needed someone to receive her car in Las Vegas as it was due to arrive 2 days before us. Our intention was to pick her car up at the dealership once we arrived. I was able to contact Keith S.n (Inventory Manager) at Gaudin Ford. Keith agreed to receive and inspect my wife's Mercedes when it arrived in Las Vegas as a courtesy to us. He maintained contact through email and agreed on a pick up date at the dealership. The morning that we were set to pick the vehicle up Keith called as we were in route. He let us know that the car was ready for pick up and that he was at the store and available to assist. My expectation was that following a 2000 mile trip on a transport truck that the car would be in need of a serious cleaning. Much to my surprise, the car was up front ready to go and fully detailed right down to the tire shine! Keith was super friendly and handed me the keys with a smile! Did I mention....this was all done as a courtesy! I was charged nothing yet the level of service was world class! Keith S. is a shining example of how people make the difference! Gaudin Ford has earned a customer for life! I had my Ford F 150 in for service just a couple of days ago and will continue to do business with this store! I highly recommend! Thank you Keith S.! I recently purchased a new 2014 Ford Escape from Dominic L. at Guadin Ford in Las Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. I had done some research ahead of time so knew what I was willing to pay, what my trade-in was worth, and what the financing options were. I got the deal I wanted and expected, with no pressure and no games. My salesman, Dominic L., took the time to find me the car with the features I wanted. He was very helpful and respectful through the whole process. I have purchased a lot of cars in my time, and this was the first time I felt like I was working with the salesman to get the deal done instead of preparing for battle. Dominic listened to all of my questions and concerns, and got me all the answers I needed. After the sale was concluded, Dominic took the time to set-up my phone and garage remote, and he walked me through all of the car features so I knew how to operate everything before I drove off the lot. He has also answered a few additional questions I had after I got home. I would definitely recommend Dominic L. and Gaudin Ford for your next purchase.

My husband and I had researched trucks of various makes and models. There were a few that we wanted to test drive before moving forward with a decision to purchase. We made inquiries via the internet and our first call that we received, literally within moments of pushing "submit", was from Nick P. at Gaudin Ford. He was incredibly helpful. After explaining to him what we were looking for, he provided us with information and advice. It was a very refreshing experience to have a conversation with a car salesman that didn't trigger a defensive response. We spoke to other sales people from other dealerships, but Nick had already set the bar of what our expectations would be and the competition fell short. After comparison to GMC and Chevy, the Ford F 150 took the checkered flag as the best vehicle for our family. We took a drive to Gaudin Ford to meet with Nick. He was just what we expected. At no time during the entire experience of selecting, negotiating and finalizing the purchase of our new truck did we feel that we were not being treated with respect, warmth and genuine desire to ensure that we were happy with our truck. Nick was amazing. We would recommend him to any of our friends and family .

Came in and had a quick test drive. MSRP of soon ending 2014 Focus Sdn is $19K, I would put down $3K. After $2+K rebate and tax/doc. the loan would be around $15.5K. And the salesmann show me that my APR is 5.99% and monthly payment is $360 for 6 years. Even I told him that I am a retired engineer! Do the math and discover the ugly scam!

I wish there was a zero star rating for this completely unprofessional service department. I have a Ford Explorer that has two doors that open only from the outside. I made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday at 8:00 am. I was first in line in the morning, and immediately after me a huge line formed. My service advisor, Bill D., appeared hungover and tired, hands shaking, as he was entering the information in the computer. He told me they might need to order parts, and I said, OK, let me know if that's the case, I'll pick up my car and bring it back when the parts are in. I called him mid day, but he had no update. At 4:30, I called again, I reminded him of who I was, he said they hadn't even looked at my car because I didn't have an appointment and they had to handle those customers first. I got really aggravated and I reminded him that I was the first in line at 8:00 am, and he mumbled something about "oh, well, they'll look at it sometimes tomorrow". I called back and asked for the service manager, Lisa, who looked into the situation, then she called me back and confirmed that, indeed, they hadn't looked at it and the techs leave at 4:00 pm. For the "inconvenience", I would get 10% off (WOW). I will see what they say tomorrow and decide if I trust them to actually fix the problem. I have TWO Fords and I will absolutely NEVER GO THERE AGAIN FOR ANY SERVICE ISSUE!!!!!!!! If it has to be done at the dealer, I'll go to a different one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gaudin Ford is wonderful! They gave me the first enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. After shopping around for a vehicle on the north side of town and basically being insulted by other car dealerships shady, drawn out sales tactics, it was amazing that we merely made a call to Gaudin Ford explaining what we wanted and had the deal closed in 15 minutes! We knew what we wanted and how much it should cost and Gaudin Ford delivered it fast!! Upon arriving at the dealership I fully expected some last minute detail they forgot that would affect the payment or that the vehicle would be missing something we asked for, but nope, everything was exactly as promised and we were driving away in less than an hour! I cannot say enough about our salesman Julio L., I credit him with the speed and ease of the deal. He was totally straightforward and made the entire process a breeze. If you are in the market for a Ford, save yourself the time and energy of haggling with old school, sheister car salesmen and go to Gaudin Ford. Ask for Julio and I know you will receive a fair deal without the usual drama.

I made an online request for info on a new mustang and I was called within two minutes. Once I arrived, Mike W. took the time to find exactly what I wanted and was great to deal with. There wasn't too much haggling to get to the price I wanted and Mike was very attentive after the sale to ensure all was well after delivery.

I submitted an innocent request online for dealerships that had Ford Escapes in stock-WOW - immediately my phone was ringing, I was being sent text messages AND receiving emails; some within the same minute of the other! It was truly overwhelming and screamed to me that they are desperate for business. Word of mouth referrals are the best form of advertisement, and now online reviews and IF you cannot sustain a business with those methods that you must chase someone nonstop 5-6x per day -that screamed volumes to me that something was wrong with the dealership and I ran the other way. Thank goodness I never went inside the place otherwise they would have had even more information and more methods to reach me, friends, family, etc - To me, they seem starved for business and that is not a good sign at all.

We have been doing business with Gaudin Ford for many years, purchasing numerous vehicles. Two reasons we keep coming back - we like the Ford vehicles and we like the people listed above. Buying a new car is not always a pleasant experience - salesmen hover over you while you are trying to look at vehicles and they make promises about prices they can't keep. And they keep you hostage at the dealership for hours. We have established a great relationship with Dominic - he knows us when we call for information, we know that he will be truthfull and he does not make promises that can't be met. He is honest, friendly and knowledgeable. We would never deal with anyone other than Dominic for future purchases. We have also now worked with Kenny on our last two vehicle purchases, and find him to have the same great traits that Dominic has - he is friendly, honest and knows his job. And both Dominic and Kenny know their job so the purchase and paperwork goes quick. Both are assets to the dealership!! I recommend both to anyone looking to buy a new/used car.

I had a great buying experience! Staff was very knowledgeable and understanding of time constraints. I was in and out of the dealer with a great truck, a great price and great costumer service in less than an hour. I've known Domenic for about 8 months now. People rave about what a fabulous job he does with customer service and taking care of the client. Domenic isn't about just selling you a vehicle. He is about understanding your specific situation and making sure that he is able to provide you with exactly what you need. Domenic is about you and only you. Many car dealerships and salespeople focus on themselves and what they can get from the customer. Domenic has earned his reputation is the person to speak to when you need a vehicle, either used or new. I would, have and will continue to refer people to Domenic. We ordered a 2014 Mustang from Gaudin Ford. Sergio C. was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the options that best suited our needs. After the order was placed Sergio did an excellent job keeping us informed of how the order was proceeding. He also gave us realistic delivery date estimations that ended up being spot on. From the receptionist, sales staff, and finance personnel, to the service and parts departments our experience with Gaudin Ford has been refreshingly positive.

This is by far the worst Ford dealership I've ever dealt with. After the sale they want nothing to do with you. Management sucks, and they cover each others bad decisions and bad judgement. Avoid these guys at all costs! They sold me a used vehicle that had antenna holes drilled in the roof and then REFUSED to fix them later on. I love Ford's but these guys make me want to reconsider!

Was recommended to this dealership by my bank as a certified dealership. Was very pleased with the experience. Sue contacted me very quickly and was able to find me a car with all of the things I wanted in the color I wanted. Negotiation was very simple and professional. I got a reasonable price on my trade in. Financing was very quick and easy. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and easy to talk to. Haven't needed service or anything on my car yet, so I can't speak to it, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
