I searched for quite a while looking for a small sedan with sleek features. Cadillac of Las Vegas was a breeze once I found the car. They emailed a quote and upon sugning, the quote was honored. I love the CT4 and I highly reccommend this dealership! Everyone was professional. The process of getting the car I wanted was easy.

We were in a rush for service..Oil needed changing and we told Doug we had to be at another location at a certain time..He rushed it through and got us out just in time to make our appointment..Very helpful dealership..

I was greeted right away as I drove into the service area by Doug the Service Adviser. He took down the problem information I had and set me up with a loaner, since my vehicle would be in for a few days. My problems were taken care of in a fast and timely manner and to my satisfaction. I want to thank Doug and the rest of the service team for a great job as always.

We were vacationing in Vegas and had booked a road trip the day the battery died. The Cadillac dealership treated us like we were one of their own customers and got us on the road in time. They were courteous, professional, and we have a new battery on warranty.

Dishonest!

Brought car in for AC & Oil Change. AC under warranty. Waited...till noon then told repairs more extensive. Ready by 4. Decided not to wait. Told no loaner cars available. Decided to rent at Enterprise. Next AM no call so called myself. Told still not ready. Decided to keep rental for another day. Finally on 3rd day told car ready. At pickup had to pay $1200 plus $100 for rental. Told you could not help me with rental payments. Told you would pay for replacement AC but not labor (in violation of original warranty you had previously honored.) Could get no real explanation for your horrible labor charges, Never did my safety inspection. And, car was still dirty. . Basically I was left with a very bad experience. So much so that I will never buy a Cadillac again. And, I will be very vocal about it to all who care to listen to me. And, I will be buying a new car soon. And, I am a GM rRetiree. Terrible experience!

Very Disappointed

Went in for a 27 point inspection. Was hoping to talk with someone about some other concerns as well. Long story short: everyone was nice yet at the same time I didn't really feel that they carted about me as an individual and nobody seemed to have time to our want to talk with me about my other concerns. Probably will not be returning.

If you brake It, You should report it and fix it .

I would never , never , never go to Cadillac of Las Vegas dealership or use their service department again. The reason being , On June 19th 2005. I got front brake pads installed on my 2010 Cadillac DTS. When I picked up my car and drove it home the brakes worked wonderful. . As I parked in my garage and closed the drivers side door. I could clearly see that my outside drivers side door mirror was slightly bent and loosely moving about 3 quarters of an inch up and down . I called Cadillac of Las Vegas on the phone and spoke with the service advisor by the name of Doug who was in charge of having the brake pads installed o my 2010 Cadillac DTS . Doug told me that these outside mirrors sometimes just pop loose . I explained to Doug that I've never had a Cadillac that the outside mirror just popped loose and that my mirror on both sides of my car were firm and tight when I brought in to their dealership. . Dough said that they would have to take the inside door panel off to repair my driver side out side mirror. . I politely told Doug that I was not paying of any damage that one of their clumsy workers had done to my car. . I could clearly see that the mirror did not pop loose as Doug had suggested . The mirror was slightly bent and moving up and down by about 3 quarters of an inch. The mirror appeared as though it was BENT by a human beings body . . I do understand that accidents do happen , But Cadillac of Las Vegas damaged ( BENT ) the outside mirror on the drivers side of my 2010 Cadillac DTS . and allowed me to drive home , hoping that I would not notice that my outside drivers side mirror was damaged and loose and could be move with a gentle touch of a hand up and down about 3 quarters of an inch . .I was getting ready to buy a 2014 Cadillac XTS from Cadillac of Las Vegas . Of course now the deal of me buying a car from this dealership is off . I will never use their service department again. If this could happen to me at Cadillac of Las Vegas it could happen to you.

LV West Cadillac

The entire experience couldn't have been smoother. The moment I stepped onto the dealership there was no doubt that I would be purchasing my new Cadillac at Las Vegas West Cadillac. The dealership is very well kept and maintained and it shows. Staff is very professional,helpful and pleasant. My salesman Gary Press is beyond reproach; he is very communicative, personally interesting and knows the product line. He never at any moment made me feel what is called "salesman pressure". Although I was a cash buyer he still made sure all my options were explored. Gary ensured the entire process from beginning to end was seamless, enjoyable and that I understood everything about the vehicle, pricing and service. His customer service is outstanding. The finance director Ryan Hardy is also a true professional. He was informative but didn't try to force upsell me which is important. This says a lot about the Cadillac brand and the faith the dealership has in the products reliability and maintainability. I have purchased 10 new Chevrolet vehicles in the past 22 years from Z71 Silverado's to Corvettes along with 7 new BMWs. I will say that; my experience at Las Vegas West Cadillac far surpassed any positive expectation I ever had with the self entitled BMW dealerships. I would strongly recommend Cadillac as a luxury car and Las Vegas West Cadillac the dealership to purchase it. Thank you!

Great Service Experience

From the moment that I drove in to the service area, I felt welcomed. My service representative, Doug, was polite, friendly and interested in providing top notch service. I was there for routine maintenance and he also checked to see if there was a recall on my car. There was and he explained the details to me and said that the mechanics would take care of it during that visit. The service center was comfortable and my wait period was minimal. I had some other questions for Doug and he provided answers and assistance. I'm very impressed. Thanks Doug.

Everyone we worked with from the salesman, to the finance manager were great to work with. Our salesman was Gary Press. Gary took a lot of time with us to make sure we understood all the details of the purchase. He spent a couple of hours with us on the day we picked up the car just to show us details on the car. He made sure everything was set up with on-star and XM radio. He went over in detail how the GPS system worked as well as the navigation system. He was very professional and knowledgeable about everything in the car. I would recommend Gary and his team to anyone looking to buy a Cadillac. It was a great experience!
