New Impala

I came onto the lot to look around. I was approached by a young man named Jason who discussed my interests and needs. We went inside the showroom where I was offered beverages while we discussed vehicles and finances. I was impressed by the professional service all the way around. The Financial process went very smoothly and I received a good rate with my credit union. Overall I am very satisfied.

Tires

The one tire that was bad required replacement and on that Saturday they Yom was unable to contact the Goodyear Assurance claims. He said he would call on Monday. Unfortunately Tom got sick on Monday and Tuesday. So when I contacted the service department and spoke with Dan, he helped me the best he could and was able to get me in the next day. I am very happy with the service from both Tom and Dan.

everyone has service, but when it comes to customer service you went above. I recently took my company service truck to a competitor and they did the service but they did not go above, beyond or do the unexpected.

love my new Chevy Equinox

I didn't feel pressured at all. I was very comfortable with the sales team. They did sn outstanding job walking me through the process. I knew what i wanted. And they want out of their way to help find the car right for me and in my budget. This is my first chevy, i have with Toyota for over 20 years. Love them but wanted a change. And i absolutely love my new Chevy Equinox. Thank you H&H

as usual JD made the visit very pleasant. nothing to do with H and H or JD but it seems like GM should have had the timing chain problem on the 3.6 figured out by now and corrected

Carl Nitsch---great personality even though NEW... if he didnt know..was QUICK to get the information...Matt Smock...VERY professional and makes one feel comfortable...David Bellinger was informative and patient...I can say I totally enjoyed BUYING a new car... Flat tire

I had a flat tire and needed it replaced and based on my previous experiences and the trust I have in my service guy Doug Banks, I wanted to get the info on whether I needed it replaced or if a patch would work. Come to find out I needed all four tires replaced and we purchased them and had them put on there at H&H. Doug is a great guy and I trust him implicitly with our vehicles.

Oil Pan & Tie Rod

I arrived at the scheduled time, was met by Doug Bank, my Service Writer. We discussed the work that was to be performed, then he took me to the folks that would provide me with the loaner vehicle. The loaner vehicle was all set up, a 2015 Impala LTZ, and I was away in short order. I returned the next morning, turned in the loaner with no difficulty, and paid what I had expected for the repairs to my vehicle. Discussed future maintenance with Doug and was on my way.
