Front end suspension work

Was very pleased with the promptness of the service department to get my truck in with such short notice to get it fixed so I could go on vacation. They understood my situation and made it happen. I was very pleased with Shawn in service and the tech that fixed my truck.

Service Review

On July 1, 2022, I took my 21 Lincoln Nautilus to Diers Ford Lincoln for its first oil change and tire rotation. I also had the Service Advisor, Shawn Brown, look at the weather stripping around the rear hatch. It was coming apart on both sides. The service work was performed in about an hour and I was on my way. The body shop looked at the weather stripping and has ordered a new weather strip. My Lincoln bonus points paid for all the work. I am delighted with Diers Ford Lincoln and would recommend them to everyone.

First Oil Change

All the people at Diers Ford are helpful and courteous. Even after the first oil change the serviceman made sure to explain all the things they checked and the results. I would highly recommend Diers Ford in Fremont NE.

very pleasant service at desk where we dropped car off! he thought it was a dropoff for LOF, but we thought it was express service! service desk worked hard to help us, as we had errands to run that morning! he really helped us! free car wash is nice!

Diers used to be our favorite dealer in town

As it turns out, Diers sold us a used Expedition which had been a rental vehicle. This was not disclosed. (Oddly enough after I complained I found out that customers who purchased previous rentals after us must sign a paper indicating t hey know). We have had quite a few issues with it. The most recent is an issue we told Diers about, but they told us nothing was wrong. We had on a previous occasion told them the passenger seat was not moving properly and felt "loose". Well... the forward motor on the seat broke... only months AFTER the full CPO warranty expired (a $1200 repair at diers!). Additionally, after three visits to the body shop, the repair they did still looks bad. We were considering buying a brand new explorer (my wife loves her fords)... I feel bad because William Gibson is a great salesman... but Diers has not lived up to their end of the bargain in the service department... so I guess we will be going elsewhere.

Fixed my van

I had been getting my van fixed at a different dealership until I started having a persistent problem. I didn't feel like the mechanics at the dealership that I bought it from were listening to the real problem. I took it to Diers and they listened and fixed the actual problem. I will definately be back.

Great service

I have all of my work done here. I probably pay a little more than if I went to a Jiffy Lube but everybody seems to know what they are doing and don't try to sell me a new radiator or something everytime I am in.
