Every experience with John Cunningham is spot-on. He listens to our needs, makes sure the work is done that we request, and offers any assistance we may need. He is a valuable employee and one of the reasons we have purchased our last 4 vehicles there and had our kids purchase theirs there also.

Purchased a 2015 F-150 Lariat March of 2016. Staff was excellent. It was as if it was all about us! Pam Rice was exceptionally awesome! Had the vehicle in for its first service on 07-15-2016. Again, staff was excellent. Made the appointment on-line. How convenient! Service was fast and on time.

Brian and Ryan and Alisha in Body shop did really well by us! Did take longer for work to be competed but due to these guys and well we were treated, no complaints. Work was good and communication excellent! We love our Service Writer John Cunningham! Our experience to date at Archie Cochran Ford has been excellent. My husband is a former Ford employee in Alabama so we are familiar with Ford dealerships and we have been HAPPY with this dealership experience for sure. GREAT body shop experience!!

I always get good service when I bring my car in for repairs. However, this last time there has been a lack of communication about what is going on with my car. I shouldn't be calling you to get updates on my car. You should be informing me even if it's just to say, "We're not quite sure yet." or "We're waiting on a call back from the Ford hotline."
