A few days prior I sat staring at my car. One I loved quite dearly and yet, I knew it was time. I dreaded the process that was to come. I imagined walking into a dealership and sitting through a prolonged sales pitch for something I didn't want, or couldn't afford. I had put off getting something new for over a year. So, grudgingly, I took my husbands hand and off we went. I made sure to time it during the day, expecting to deal with at least a single days worth of a sales spew. My husband remembered a salesman from several years back, and suggested/requested we speak with him. Matt was the kind of person you overlook at first. Not forceful, or aggressive in looks or manner. In fact, he was almost soft spoken. A certain sense of ease generated from his presence. He took us into his office and asked a few direct questions. What was I looking for? What mattered most to me in a car? Each answer he typed into his computer without ever losing the personable contact. Instead of hours, within 20 minutes he had a range of thoughtful options. I was surprised to find he wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive car on the lot. Instead, we worked together to narrow it down to a single favorite. A red sonata sport. He walked us through each amenity the car had and requested I take it for a test drive. I was already sold on the car but he wanted to make sure we would be 100% happy before proceeding. On a side and somewhat related note, it drives sublimely! Keyless entry is supposed to be a convenience feature but it doubles as a safety feature. Nothing scarier than trying to dig out your keys, in the middle of the night. Instead, all I have to do is press a button on the car door, and if the keys are within a certain distance, it unlocks. I digress though. Paper work began. Now, our credit isn't perfect. We have been working on it for a couple of years, but it is still stained with complications, as I imagine most people have to endure. Matt discussed options and went out of his way to run things through so that we had a better chance of getting what we wanted. I never felt pressured. The next morning we drove back. My husband was optimistic, I was pragmatic. I honestly didn't believe it was going to happen. In my mind I was already shuffling through some of the used cars on the lot I should consider. An hour later, I was sitting in my new, red, sonata sport. Sales, finance, and service were all quick, and thoughtful. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Particularly if you are tired of the "get as much out of them" mentality that most dealerships have. Northtowne listens to what YOU want. Not what they want to sell you.

We dealt with Sal for our sales, he was very knowledgeable and worked to get the vehicle I wanted around my specified purchase price. Tim was our finance person and he was straight forward and honest, and was able to get us a lower rate than we had planned. Adriano showed us the vehicle features and was very helpful with all of my questions. I am really pleased with my new vehicle and I appreciate their help.

I had a great experience purchasing a car at Northtowne Hyundai. Each time I came, I was greeted by numerous smiling faces. Bob Smith did a great job of listening to what was important to me and helping me narrow down the numerous cars I came in to see. He showed me a car I would have never considered (a Hybrid) and it is above and beyond the quality of any car I would have purchased on my own...I love it! I am grateful for his patience in dealing with my insurance people, etc. and in answering all of my questions. Christiaan Beavers was also very friendly and helpful. I have already told many of my friends and coworkers about my great experience and my amazing car.

After researching for a replacement of an older Audi, I was skeptical of car reviews that provided the Elantra as a comparable driving experience. Of course, there are still differences, but once I made a test drive I confirmed the expert's findings - this car handles the road well and responds in a manner I demand. Yes, there are differences, such as road noise is more prevalent, but then I spent approximately $12,000 less for the new Hyundai. The patience provided by the professional sales staff at Northtowne Hyundai was the final decision maker. I am please to have worked with my salesman, Jerry who is a friendly, and diligent professional.

I purchased a 2015 Elantra from Mike Lopez late December 2015, and words cannot describe how fantastic the experience was. My family have now purchased 4 cars from him over the last 17 years, and he consistently delivers in terms of customer service. I'm the ultimate skeptic when it comes to buying cars, and unless Mike has me completely fooled (which I strongly doubt), he made this a very pleasant experience. I couldn't be happier with the level of friendliness, customer service & respect I received at Northtowne. Ryan and Ken were both wonderful and easy to work with. I never felt pressured once. I was referred to Northtowne Hyundai by my sister who had a previous positive experience purchasing a car from Tim Manning. Tim was relaxed, friendly, and knowledgeable. As a woman, I appreciated his honesty and "no pressure" approach. I was able to test drive several cars on different days as I took my time to make a decision. This was no problem for Tim. He was most helpful in providing me the information I needed to select a great car. What has been a stressful situation in the past proved to be a positive experience with Tim Manning. My husband & I visited this dealer with 2 specific cars in mind (we had seen it on edmunds.com). as we are looking around for the cars. (we should have called ahead) we didn't see it. So we proceed to walk around the lot. No one greets us (can you believe that), as we pass an employee, my husband starts to greet him, the associate continued on as if he said nothing. I decide to go into the the dealership & stood in the the door for about 2 minutes (checked the phone as i was getting testy), no one helps me, about that time my husband come in the dealership, walks over to someone that is just peering out the window. Maybe it was break time? husband asks if the associate can help him? well come this way... the 2 cars we wanted to look @ were out getting detailed & it was to late to go look @ the place that they had the cars. as i left i thought to myself we will never by from this place. I don't think they wanted our business. There loss - as we will definitely be purchasing a car as a new driver is added to our family.

Drove and hour to see a car I found online. Was directed to Chris S. for Northtowne's sales rep. No pressure and easy to talk to, and Chris never made me feel like he was running a scam to sale me a car. (we all know that feeling) I would recommend Chris to anyone wanting to buy a Hyundai or any car. Frankly I have already recommended him to a co-worker who liked the Elantra Coupe I just purchased. No I dont have stake in the dealership, or know Chris on a personal basis, he was just super easy to work with and worthy of a great rating!

Good response from salesman Ron Goertzen. Customers must do thier homework as with any business transation then both parties can broker a fair deal. Ron was good to get the additional options added and streamline my waiting to the minimum. Edmunds offers advice on TMV and average cost of vehicles. Both pieces of information allow dealer\customer fair pricing with peace of mind to the customer.
