Used car purchase

Purchased 2016 Tahoe, was told vehicle was CPO per "Car Mike"; vehicle wasn't CPO. Purchased at night; when cleaning wheels 2 days after purchased noticed major sidewall damage to tire, tire shop told me at risk for blow-out. Called FOUR employees: "Car Mike" (salesman), his boss Mark Thornton, Renee customer service (very nice) who gave me Mr. Londoff's number. Mr. Londoff had Bruce the service manager contact me??? He said I must of hit something on the way home. I was recommended to get a new tire! Pay 50K for a new car and have to replace a tire within a week! "It is our goal here at Johnny Londoff Chevrolet to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied!". NOT TRUE!

New Truck Purchase

I just recently purchased a new truck. I had Mike Robinson, Mark Thorton, and Christy all involved in this deal. This is the sixth vehicle that was purchased by myself and family members. It was a pleasurable experience buying this vehicle. They were professional and very helpful. They made my buying a new vehicle fun. Everyone in the sales office was and nice. Stacie in finance was top notch and did a great job. She made the process easy. Thanks to all of you for your help. I will be buying another one for sure from this dealership.

I'm a return customer , The first time I washed my new truck , 3 days later, I noticed some chrome coming off of the top of the front bumper. I called the dealership and let them know the problem that i have found with my new truck , they told me no problem that they would correct the issue , they are going to look at it when i get my first oil change ( I could have brought it in that day if i wanted) , I had a similar problem before with another Chevrolet dealership and i had to get corporate involved to resolve the issue .

Another great purchase experience at Johnny Londoff Chevrolet. 90% of the sales process was made from home. I went to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle and to sign the papers. Mark, Sam, and Christy on the sales side and Robert in Finance made the experience EASY. I continue to buy Chevrolet's because of the quality and I continue to purchase from Johnny Londoff because they are a pleasure to work with.
