We have purchased/owned 28 vehicles over the years and 17 of these have been new car purchases. I can honestly say that our experience with Weber Chevrolet has been by far the best car buying experience to date. Our salesman at Weber, Mike Busch, was extremely easy to work with from the start. No high pressure sales tactics, no BS and no push for add-ons. Dealing with our trade-in was also an extremely easy, fair and straight forward process - none of the quibbling back & forth negotiations that take place at most dealerships. I do want to add that this last vehicle purchase was a "Black Friday" sale special. In the past when we dealt with sales etc... it would always turn out that you could take this discount or that discount, you get this sales price or this rebate but we never received all of the available discounts AND rebates. At Weber we were given all advertised discounts and rebates that applied to us, down to the penny. We hope that in 2-3 years, when we purchase our next new vehicle, that Mike Busch will still be working at Weber, we will definitely purchase through him again!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

Our salesman, Mr. Joe Rice, was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory, as well as with the specific car we chose. He processed the sale with efficiency and consideration. Furthermore, Mr. Rice was simultaneously professional and personable, giving us the information we needed without being imposing. The facility was so well maintained and comfortable, the staff were all friendly and helpful. This was definitely the best car buying experience we’ve ever had!

Good morning i must say my experience with Weber Chevrolet was top notch. My car salesman Mike Busch was awesome as well the finance manager Debbie who was just amazing. The staff greeted us with hello's and offered us something to drink whether it was water are coffee. Mike also personally cleaned and prepped my vehicle because at that time no one was available most impressive. I can truly say there's nothing bad to say about WEBER CHEVROLET keep up the good work!!!!

Quick response to web inquiry. Josh in Sales was very honest and personable. Finance provided warranty options clearly. In and out quickly and ended up with a new 2023 Malibu for less than I could buy a 3 or 4-year old Malibu with 30 - 40k miles. Weber beat other well-known dealerships in that area by $3k to $4k for the same vehicle. I'm from Central Illinois and will definitely make the trip again when I'm in the market for another vehicle.

How to get this car stuff done....talk to the right people!

My wife and I were in need of a vehicle to replace hers which we lost due to an accident. I spoke to Keith at Weber about a new vehicle and he asked me if I was open to a used vehicle I preferred new but our commitments at times had us going in several directions on the same day and it wasn't always practical for sharing one for too long. In the price range we wanted to remain in most of the newer vehicles would have stretched our budget. Keith took in a car on trade in and seeing the condition immediately called us to look at it. His description of the car was so glowing as to showroom condition etc. was hard to believe We received his call while we were out car shopping and I decided we better see this vehicle quickly. His report on the history and condition were spot on. Exterior no scratches ,dings, nicks, nothing. Interior same.Miles were low etc. Engine compartment spotless. Everything I could think of to look for was nice, clean in showroom condition! I don't mind saying car shopping is confusing to me as well as tedious. I get too impatient. We both test drove the vehicle and got a quick rundown on the features from Keith and decided on the price and on to the paperwork which was meticulously explained to us and we were asked to wait till the car was detailed and thoroughly inspected for pickup next business day as it was late on Saturday afternoon. This is not the first purchase at this this dealer! I have a strict policy about going back to people I do not trust. I have leased and purchased here before. Everyone here treats you wonderfully and will happily answer any questions or do anything they can to get you in the right vehicle to fit your needs and budget. They know their business and do that every day! I don't mind admitting I do not purchase often. I buy a truck or car, change the oil tires and brakes ,put gas in them and drive them. It's good to know you can trust people who know the business and keep up on the developments etc. in the industry to help you with advice and information when you need it. These people are the real deal or I don't think they are there long. You may not see them often but when you need them they are there for you!
