Great, quick and friendly service

My car had a defect where my dash "melted". I had visited another dealership and waited over a year for a callback since they were on backorder. Pam got my dash ordered, fixed and my window fixed (which was on recall) in less than 3 months. They were super friendly, and drove me to work as well as got the car back to me. It was a great all around experience thanks to Pam

Perfect

Had some issues with our Ford Focus, it was losing acceleration, the rpms would randomly get dangerously high, and would stall out. Your service dept is awesome, the ladies there are so nice. Had our issues fixed in a few days and y'all gave us a rental car for those days it was getting serviced. I couldn't have asked for better. Hopefully I won't have issues again, but if I do I'm definitely coming back here.

Great Toyota Service Center

Your staff had my Toyota Prius V (50,000 miles) at Appt time.. serviced the Prius and I left in about 30 minutes...good job. I am bringing my Toyota Van for 25,000 mile service this Wednesday. We are looking forward to the new Toyota Service Center!

First 10,000 mile mtnc..no charge

I called the service department and talked to Mike...He said bring the car in for the 10,000 mtnc first thing Thursday morning (5/11/17) and I dropped the car off as stated...couple hours later I called and the mtnc was completed....good job.

prius recall

Everyone was nice but the process seemed a little undefined. I'm still not sure why I had to pay for a rental out of my pocket due to a recall that shut my car down. Belk did eventually come through with a loaner car and that was greatly appreciated.

3rd party over selling and not communicating

The service center was very busy, I was called by a Toyota rep to come have our 10k mile check up, told us to just come in, the service dept had no knowledge of this call, so they could not service us, but made an appointment for us the following day and took care of us then and had us serviced, they were very nice and smiled, greatly appreciate a smiling face

Good honest service at a reasonable price.

I went to Oxford Toyota twice on Friday, the first time was a reserved time to just have standard maintenance, no big deal. It turns out that the day before my wife noticed a squealing in the brakes, which I forgot to mention to the the clerk. In driving the car on errands Friday, I noticed the squeal and arranged to return the car to Oxford Toyota. They took the time to disassemble and clean the front brakes (and removing the pebble causing the noise), even though they were shutting down for the New Year's Eve weekend. I appreciate Jorge and the mechanic getting the car straightened out. Thanks.

Great Deslership in Oxford MS

I was traveling and staying in Oxford. Vent fell off front of car after I hit a curb. Walked in everyone helpful and very Understanding my need to get home. They fixed vent quickly. I wished I could use this dealership all the time!

Great service from Belk Ford

My 2010 Ford Taurus had an oil change 11/17/16 and the service folks checked all fluid levels. My tires had already been serviced where I bought them but Belk service folks checked the pressure in each tire. The wait for my car to be serviced is never very long. Thanks to Belk Ford for taking care of my car!

Excellent, prompt service

The staff was very friendly and supportive. My only issue was it took a long time (>1 month) to get on the calendar, but that had more to do with the number of recalls more so than the service. Mr. Marvin was a very friendly and accommodating Porter. Thumbs up!

Service People Professional and Nice, but Worked on a Faulty Product

I own a 2014 ford focus. The vehicle was in for an oil change they did a wonderful job. They were very nice to me even though this automobile has been in twice for transmission problems. They have always been understanding and patient with me. I like Ford's vehicles, and I have purchased three other new Ford automobiles in the past, but I have never had the problems that this transmission in my Focus has presented. This car will be paid for in 2018, at that time I plan to buy another brand. Chevrolet, Nissan or something else hoping that by the time its totally paid, Ford would have solved its transmission problems.
