After buying more cars than any one person should, Galleria BMW is where we should all go to purchase. If organized and professional is what you like in a car buying experience, why go anywhere else. From the front door to the back, everyone we met was very courteous and professional. My salesman Joseph was first class with his knowledge of the vehicle. You can tell not only does he enjoy his job, he wants to be great at his profession. Before we left, the sales manager Michelle came by to ensure we had a great visit, and that’s just what we had. We didn’t really get the “sales” type treatment. Thank you Galleria BMW

Sonya West has changed my belief about car salesmen. Never in my life have I experienced such a seamless experience! From the after hours text messages, to the genuine care for getting me the car I really wanted, Sonya perfectly embodies the ideal BMW representative. Even though I am only 15 miles from my local dealer (who never even bothered to return my inquiries about 4 new cars), I will always travel to Galleria just to hug Sonya, the BMW miracle worker!

I am in the service industry, and I entered Galleria BMW in Ocean Springs, Mississippi a week ago. I feel the need to let you know that I couldn’t have had a better experience if it were my own store. Being a salon owner, I focus mostly with customer experience not customer service and the experience that I had at your facility was outstanding... it started from the moment I walked into this jaw-dropping building and was greeted as if I was the most important person at this place. I just want to thank you truly so much for making my experience non-stressful, as we all now getting a new car is typically very stressful.

I was sent the listing for the 2013 Tahoe on the lot with beautiful pictures of a very nice vehicle. Check out their website and see the 2013 Tahoe LTZ pics. I drove an hour to see the vehicle with the intention to buy it, and the actual truck was a bona-fide disaster!!! Filthy to the core, chucks of upholstery tore out of one of the seats, possibly vomit on the carpet, broken trim pieces, chips on the windshield, etc... looks like a group of homeless dudes lived in it and took a cross country road trip in it.... I don’t mind a dirty vehicle, but the dealership sent me pictures of a beautiful truck and showed me a pile of garbage! I detailed my car in preparation for a trade in, and drove an hour for that. If this is your standard business practice then you are not worth anyone’s time or money.

I had a great car buying experience with Dan Leahy and Galleria BMW. They made the entire process way to easy for me to buy a New 2019 X5, when I made it perfectly clear I was not buying a new car. Dan went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in the decisions making process. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision, and he was very patient with me. He was always professional, courteous , and very accommodating. Dan and his team are awesome to work with!
